Weber Genesis II vs Weber GENESIS
Early in 2022, Weber discontinued their Genesis II line of gas grills and released the new GENESIS models. Improvements include:
- 35% more usable side shelf space and a taller hood to accommodate larger birds or cuts of meat with the accessory rotisserie. Also larger (and hotter!): the Sear Zone burner, which is standard.
- Compatibility with the new WEBER CRAFTED outdoor kitchen cookware accessories. This replaces the Gourmet BBQ System. Some models include storage for WEBER CRAFTED cookware.
- Special Edition models you won’t find in the big box stores, but are available on BBQGuys.com
- Much more, including redesigned handle lights that shine on the cooking surface, expanded warming racks, and cabinet doors for all models.
