About Blaze Outdoor Products
Blaze was founded in 2012 in Baton Rouge by a team with more than 45 years of combined industry experience, set on building outdoor kitchen products that could actually hold up outdoors. They studied what was already on the market, rebuilt from scratch with better designs and stronger materials, and backed it all with a lifetime warranty. Today the lineup runs well beyond grills to griddles, a kamado, an outdoor oven, burners, refrigeration, cabinetry, vent hoods, islands, and fire features.
Blaze gas grills carry a lifetime parts warranty on the main burners, cooking grids, body, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, and warming rack. Ignition, electronics, and lighting systems are covered for 1 year, parts only. The warranty covers parts only; consumers are responsible for all labor and shipping costs associated with warranty parts. It applies to the original owner at the original delivery site and is non-transferable, and covers single-family residential use only. Discoloration, surface rust, and rust are not covered unless there is a loss of structural integrity.
Yes. Register your Blaze product within 30 days of purchase at blazegrills.com to validate the warranty. If more than 30 days have passed, you can still register, so keep a copy of your receipt or note your original purchase date for future warranty claims.
The serial number appears in 3 places: on the data name plate on the left side panel of the grill, on a second label under the right side of the drip tray, and on the shipping box. Record it before installing the grill into an island, since 2 of those 3 locations become difficult to reach once the unit is built in.
Blaze Gas Grills
Blaze offers 4 gas grill collections. The Blaze Professional LUX is the flagship, built with the thickest stainless steel components for a luxury aesthetic. The LTE PRO is the most advanced model, with a digital temperature screen and performance upgrades. The LTE+ is the bestseller, combining solid construction with premium features, and is also available in a 316L Marine Grade construction for coastal installations. The Blaze BCM, or Builder Classic Model, is the workhorse, offering the foundation of the higher-end models without the added performance features.
Check out our Blaze Gas Grill Collections Comparison Chart to see how each Blaze gas grill collection stacks up.
Yes. The LTE+ Marine Grade is built from 316L stainless steel, an alloy with extra resistance to saltwater environments, and is free of the weld spots that are typically the most vulnerable point for corrosion. It’s a commercial grade, multi-user grill approved for multi-family installations such as apartments, condos, and shared coastal properties. It’s available as a 4-burner model only. Marine grade construction slows corrosion in salt air but does not eliminate it, so regular cleaning is still recommended in coastal environments.
Blaze gas grills are available in 3, 4, and 5-burner configurations depending on the collection. The BCM and LUX come in 3 and 4-burner models. The LTE+ and LTE PRO come in 4 and 5-burner models. The LTE+ Marine Grade construction is available in the 4-burner size only. Cutout dimensions vary by collection, so check the owner’s manual for your specific model before building an island.
Heat zone separators are removable dividers that split the cooking surface into individual temperature zones, so you can sear on one side while holding a lower temperature on the other. Flame tamers sit above the burners as perforated, full-coverage flame-stabilizing grids that minimize flare-ups and protect the burners below.
The 9 mm triangular cooking rods are patented and found on the LTE+ and BCM collections. Each rod comes to a ridge at the top, concentrating contact with the food along a narrow line for pronounced sear marks and quick browning. The 12 mm hexagonal rods, found on the LUX and LTE PRO collections, are thicker with more flat surface contact. The added mass holds more heat and releases it steadily, giving a deeper, more even sear across a larger portion of the food.
The LUX includes a 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner with a rotisserie kit included. The LTE PRO and LTE+ both include a 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner for slow-roasted dishes. Rotisserie kits are available separately for models that don’t include one. Refer to individual product pages to confirm what’s included with a specific model.
Yes, on most collections. The LTE+ uses a magnet latch that triggers interior halogen lighting when the hood is open, plus laser-cut knobs with LED red backlighting. The LUX includes internal halogen lights and signature red LED-illuminated control knobs. The LTE PRO features knurled knobs with LED lights and temperature indicators. Interior lighting requires a 120V electrical connection.
Yes, both are available as accessories for compatible grills. An optional infrared sear burner can be added by replacing a conventional burner, and is used without a flame tamer above it. A rotisserie kit can also be added on and comes included on Professional LUX models. Blaze cautions that accessories not recommended by the manufacturer will void the warranty, so confirm compatibility before adding either component.
Compatibility varies by accessory and collection. The rotisserie kit fits the LTE, LTE 2, and LTE+ in both 32” and 40” sizes, though the two use different rod lengths, so confirm which one matches your grill before ordering. Professional LUX grills come with a rotisserie kit included from the factory. Check the compatibility notes on each accessory page before ordering.
Yes. Conversion involves replacing the burner orifices and adjusting the regulator, so it must be performed by a licensed gas professional. Blaze offers conversion kits for most collections, and Professional LUX grills ship with an NG/LP orifice kit already included in the box. Improper installation voids the warranty.
Yes. If your outdoor kitchen is built from combustible materials, a Blaze insulated jacket is required, not optional. Blaze specifies that the grill must be installed in a non-combustible enclosure, and your local fire marshal, building inspector, or code authority determines whether a given construction qualifies. Maintain at least 18 inches of clearance from sides and back to any combustible material. Professional LUX models also need 5 inches behind the grill for the lid to open and close, though that clearance does not satisfy the 18-inch combustible requirement. Jackets are model-specific and change the required cutout dimensions, so confirm both before building.
Blaze offers 2 gas griddles. The LTE PRO Gas Griddle is a 40-inch model with 3 burners producing 45,000 BTUs total across 3 separate cooking zones, with a digital temperature screen, integrated leveling screws, and sound dampers on the attached lid. The LTE+ Gas Griddle is a 30-inch model with 2 burners at 15,000 BTUs each, a double-walled attached lid, and a full-size drip trough. Both are built from 304 stainless steel.
The Blaze Kamado Grill is a 20-inch patented kamado built from 1-inch-thick solid cast aluminum. It features a hinged cooking surface for adding charcoal without removing the grates, a cast-molded exhaust cap for precise heat control, and a pre-installed lid hinge with lift assist. The cast aluminum body and other key components carry a lifetime warranty.
Cast aluminum holds up better than ceramic in extreme conditions, including saltwater exposure, and won’t crack the way ceramic can under stress. It still delivers the temperature control and heat retention kamados are known for. The design also uses a tongue-and-groove seal instead of a traditional gasket, which avoids the wear and periodic replacement that gasket seals require.
The Blaze Outdoor Oven is a 26-inch gas-powered oven available in freestanding, countertop, and built-in configurations. It reaches temperatures up to 550°F, with a rotating ceramic pizza stone capable of exceeding 700°F, so there’s no need to hand-turn the pizza. It includes a vertical rotisserie rod, a double-walled glass door, and wireless Bluetooth meat probes with real-time on-screen temperature readouts.
Blaze Outdoor Kitchens
Yes. Blaze has components for a complete outdoor kitchen, from side burners and vent hoods to refrigeration, cabinetry, and modular islands. Storage components include access doors, drawers, and roll-out trash drawers, all with soft-close hardware and automatic LED lighting.
For a fully assembled option, Blaze's Outdoor Kitchen Islands come pre-built in 304 stainless steel (with Marine Grade options for coastal areas) and go together with little more than a Phillips screwdriver — no contractor needed. They span five collections — Golden Hour, High Noon, Morning Glow, Sunrise, and Sunset — in 8- to 12-foot layouts built around a 32-inch or 40-inch grill, and select models add a built-in refrigerator, sink, or a choice of Aeris or Keon countertop. Blaze also offers a pre-built stainless steel island.
If you'd rather build your own layout, Blaze's Outdoor Kitchen Equipment Packages bundle a grill with the components most people end up adding anyway — a side burner, undercounter refrigerator, access doors, and a roll-out trash bin among them — in a single order.
Blaze outdoor rated refrigerators come in 15-inch, 20-inch, and 24-inch sizes. Blaze also offers a 24-inch double drawer refrigerator, beverage coolers in 20-inch and 24-inch sizes, and a 50-lb outdoor rated ice maker. Most units feature a 304 stainless steel exterior cabinet, LED interior lighting, a digital thermostat with temperature memory, and door-ajar and temperature alarms. Models are built-in or freestanding capable and run on a standard 115V, 15-amp circuit.
Blaze’s outdoor refrigeration carries a tiered warranty: 5 years on the compressor, 2 years on other non-consumable parts, and 1 year on full replacement. The warranty covers parts only, not labor, shipping, or diagnostic charges, and applies to the original owner at the original delivery site. Discoloration and surface rust are not covered unless there is a loss of structural integrity. Some older refrigeration models may reference different terms, so check your specific product page to confirm coverage. Register your product at blazegrills.com to validate the warranty.
Blaze fire pits are handcrafted in the USA from glass fiber reinforced concrete with brass burner systems. The 60-inch Fire Pit Table produces 60,000 BTUs and is safe for use on wooden decks. The 38-inch Fire Bowl produces 120,000 BTUs on propane or 85,000 BTUs on natural gas. Both include lava rock media and a storage cover, are CSA-certified, and carry a 5-year limited warranty on the body and a 2-year limited warranty on internal components. Each unit is built for a specific fuel type and cannot be converted between propane and natural gas.
