Ally shows you how to throw together this simple, delicious greek dip for your next party! Fresh and healthy ingredients are always a crowd pleaser.


  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 2 medium sized cucumbers
  • 1 cup kalamata olives
  • 3-4 bell peppers
  • 2 cups hummus
  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika

For the Garnish:

  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley

Items You'll Need


  1. Dice the Roma tomatoes
  2. Halve and core cucumbers and discard innards, then slice cucumber into quarters and dice
  3. Halve kalamata olives
  4. Roughly chop parsley
  5. Halve and core bell peppers and cut into thin strips
  6. Spread hummus into an even layer in pan
  7. Spread plain greek yogurt on top of the hummus
  8. Layer cucumber, tomato, feta, olives and parsley, then sprinkle top with paprika and drizzle with olive oil
  9. Use bell pepper strips or pita chips to dip with and enjoy!
