Easy 7 Layer Greek Dip Recipe

Ally shows you how to throw together this simple, delicious greek dip for your next party! Fresh and healthy ingredients are always a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 2 medium sized cucumbers
- 1 cup kalamata olives
- 3-4 bell peppers
- 2 cups hummus
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
For the Garnish:
- 2-3 sprigs of parsley

Instructions
- Dice the Roma tomatoes
- Halve and core cucumbers and discard innards, then slice cucumber into quarters and dice
- Halve kalamata olives
- Roughly chop parsley
- Halve and core bell peppers and cut into thin strips
- Spread hummus into an even layer in pan
- Spread plain greek yogurt on top of the hummus
- Layer cucumber, tomato, feta, olives and parsley, then sprinkle top with paprika and drizzle with olive oil
- Use bell pepper strips or pita chips to dip with and enjoy!
