Our Price Match Guarantee
If you find a lower price on an identical item at a local or online retail competitor (including shipping and delivery fees), just show us the competitor’s current ad or show a printout, photo, smartphone display or app, and we’ll match their price. Our price match policy doesn’t apply to certain brands; installation labor; and closeout, discontinued, clearance, refurbished, used or damaged items. Limited to reasonable quantities. Can’t be combined with other discounts.
How do I request a price match?
Please talk to a sales associate via phone, email, or chat for help with your price match request. After you tell us about the item and price you want to match, we’ll verify the information before completing the price match.
What qualifies as proof of a price when requesting a price match?
If you have the competitor's advertisement, please present the entire printed ad or a photo/photocopy of the ad. Digital versions of printed advertisements are accepted. If you found the price online, please present a link to the price from a qualifying competitor. A sales associate will then verify the match.
Price match will take into account any shipping and delivery fees. For example, if a competitor is offering an item at $50 plus $10 shipping, the match price will be $60.
Does an item have to be in stock to receive a price match?
Competitor items must be in stock on the competitor’s website at the time a price match is requested.
Can I apply the price match to a purchase of a large quantity of items?
We reserve the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities. If you’re looking to buy a significant quantity of a specific item, please contact a sales associate to see if a volume discount is available.
Are there any prices that won’t be matched?
The price match policy doesn’t apply to installation labor, clearance, closeouts, discontinued products and refurbished, used or damaged items. We also won’t match a competitor’s rebate offers, sales tax promotions, senior discounts, buy-one-get-one-free sales or advertising/pricing errors.
Are there any products that never qualify for price match?
There are some brands that prohibit discounting of any kind. These brands include but are not limited to: Weber, DCS, Delta Heat, Fire Magic, Lynx, Alfresco, AOG, Kamado Joe, Perlick, Twin Eagles, Kalamazoo, Urban Bonfire, and Tagwood.
Can an employee discount be used when requesting a price match?
These and other discounts can’t be combined with a price match. However, if there are other items on the transaction not being price matched, they’re eligible for this discount.
