We consider you a close friend, so we’ll give you a little peek behind the curtain: we almost didn’t get this list up in time. It’s certainly not because we forgot that May is National BBQ Month (we’ve had this circled on the calendar since, well, last National BBQ Month); the simple fact is choosing just 5 BBQ recipes was pretty difficult! But we persevered, putting in the hard work to bring you the best National BBQ Month recipes. And boy, did we ever play the hits. There’s pulled pork. There’s brisket. There’s steak. There’s even turkey and — wait for it — beef tenderloin! You don’t necessarily have to try all 5 we selected, but we don’t think it’s a coincidence that the Grill Gods gave us 5 full weekends this month. Just saying.
