- Ingredients (Serves 4-6):
- 4 cups of watermelon puree
- Simple syrup (to taste)
- 2 cups of dry white wine or rose
- 1 cup of lemon-lime soda
- Frozen berries
- Garnish:
- Strawberries
Directions
- Add watermelon to blender
- Fill each glass half full with watermelon puree
- Add white wine
- Top with lemon-lime soda
- Add simple syrup to taste (if desired)
- Finish with frozen berries
- Garnish with a strawberry
- Enjoy!
