These sliders are perfect for any occasion. Sweet, savory, and easy to throw together. You may wanna make double, because these are guaranteed to be the first empty platter at the party!

  • 1 lb ground meat (Use your favorite- beef, turkey, chicken, pork, or whatever you like)
  • Kosher Salt (to taste)
  • Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Cumin (to taste)
  • Cayenne Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • Smoked Paprika (to taste)
  • Onion Powder (to taste)
  • Minced Garlic (to taste)
  • 1 (10oz) can Rotel, drained
  • 6-12 slices Havarti cheese

Ingredients for Glaze

  • ½ cup Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
  • Tbsp Spicy Creole Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a large skillet brown meat, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, worcestershire, minced garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Add drained rotel and stir until well combined.
  4. Mix glaze ingredients over medium heat until melted and combined.
  5. Open bottom half of buns on greased pan, top with meat and sliced cheese then add the top half of the bun.
  6. Spread glaze over the top of the buns.
  7. Bake at 350°F for about 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the top is golden.
  8. Serve & enjoy!
