Love my new Weber. It cooks evenly, cleans up easily and looks fantastic on my patio. My only negative is that the handle gets so hot ( without having unit on)I have to use a towel of pot holder to open….also a huge concern that my little ones could grab it and burn themselves.

I am really enjoying my experience with this grill. I have had a Genesis Silver for the past 22 Years and really appreciated the Weber design and construction. This grill is an upgrade from that. I like the new burner placement and the increased workspace. Cooking on this grill seems easier as well. There don't seem to be hot spots that overcook or undercook your food. I am looking forward to another 20 years of great grilling experiences.

Long time Weber griller and very pleased with S325. Cooks even and good control of heat. ……and looks great. Directions on install are well written and yes it is involved and takes about 2 hrs start to finish to put together. If you need to carry up to deck or somewhere requiring lifting suggest you do not put on side shelves until moved. Very happy with purchase

I love my Weber grill. It heats and cooks fast. I like the extra heating feature. Easy to clean. Quality you can expect from Weber grill. 10 year warranty on parts which is great. Like the extra features that can be added. I added a flat top so far. All great because I grill often. It was already assembled when purchased. Got value for the money. Durable attractive stainless steel design. It also had great reviews. I would definitely recommend this grill to a friend. No complaints here!

After 17 years of use, it was time to purchase a new Weber Spirit grill. The experience in the purchase/delivery was the most awful thing I've ever encountered. I believe the damage to two (2) grills was a result of second party issues. The first grill (Spirit) we wanted/delivered had the base backwards and the door wouldn't fit into proper position. So we purchased a Genesis stainless grill. When it arrived the side panels were severely dented - of course they are standing behind the damaged to get it repaired. I just cannot imagine how installers or delivery personnel could not notice the defects. We love Weber grills and have purchased a total of (6) webers for family and ourselves. The quality of these grills far surpasses any others on the market. The ease of cooking/grilling is the best, and customer service is outstanding when needed. Thank you to the Weber team.

Great grill, heavier duty compared to the spirit. Built well, easy to assemble instructions. It does take about 1.5 hours to put together. Had it for 1 month now. Grill gets hot fairly quickly and evenly. Easily cooks thick steaks, chicken, fish, etc. nice top rack that is expandable. Searing station works well with bigger/wider cuts of meat. I am looking forward to enjoying the many years of grilling ahead. Highly recommended!

This is such a fantastic piece of equipment. Unfortunately I was missing the grates, but after a quick email to customer service they sent me a new set no questions asked. Great product, and excellent customer service. I am a Weber guy for life.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
