This is my first Napoleon grill and so far very pleased. I have owned a number of other grills and the way the two heat and cook creates a bit of a curve as the under the hood temp on the Napolean reads much hotter than the last grill. Overall a great cooking experience and just have to increase my time cooking on it.

we repaced out 13 year old Vermont Castings BBQ with this new Napoleon Rogue Pro... an A+ Excellent Upgrade. We use our BBQ for anything we can cook outside during the hot days of summer - ... and for most of the rest of the year we hit the 'Q for burgers, steaks, grilled vegi's and we'll do our smoked Turkey in November... the Napoleon Rogue heats up quickly - the stainless steel grills are easy to clean... so far so good... and the pricing was quite fair and I like the temp gauge.

Love the Rogue Pro 525 and was worth the assembly time. The assembly documentation was only diagrams with no text descriptions, so did have to redo a couple of the steps. Wire diagrams never mentioned color, so when one color didn't seem to be long enough, redid with other one & all seemed to work. Grill ignites easily and cooks evenly. Only change I would like would be to have the searing pad inside main cover instead of on side burner. This also would add more heat for indirect cooking as well.

Great new grill that heats to 400°F in 3-4 minutes and cooks evenly wth less flames from drippings than past grills I had over the past 60 years. Way cleanup.

I love this grill. It heats up fast and doesn't allow for flare ups with all those heat shields. The game changer is the infrared side burner. That thing gets up to 1200 degrees as advertised and can seer a steak super fast. I like a rare steak so I cook it on the side burner without using the rest of grill. I would recommend this grill to anyone.

The Napoleon is very well built and solid. When it is warm outside it performs and sears well. But if it is cold out ( I grill through winter), it can't keep the heat. Maybe too much stainless steel.

Instructions for assembly are a bit 'light' and careful attention should be applied Have mainly used the infrared and been impressed , can't get it to light via the starter button and have to use a separate lighter. A system for gas tank full-empty status would have been nice

Grill itself is mostly good. Shipper threw it in our back alley without notifying anyone (was supposed to have a signature). The grill is kissing a piece which BBQGuys said they wouldn't help with and to call napoleon. Well napoleon doesn't answer their phones and their website is a series of broken links. One of the worst experiences of an expensive item I've ever had.

absolutely love may new 525 sib. I need a little help on getting better grill marks on main burners . I'm sure its a learning curve on my end. I had many grills in the past this is the best.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
