Broil King Regal S590 Pro 5-Burner Natural Gas Grill With Rotisserie & Side Burner - Stainless Steel

The grill was easy to assemble out of the box and very solid once assembled. By far the best grill I've ever owned due to even heat distribution and precision burner control. I have not used the rotisserie burner and rotisserie yet, but anticipate them both working well. The only slight issue I had with initial setup is that the side burner would not ignite, but after rotating the igniter approximately a quarter turn, the problem was resolved.

i read reviews and every review is typically within he first few days of ownership...I am 8 years in and this Grill has been better than any other grill in the past. Hey I am no expert on proper maintaining this thing...I left this out in the rain, the snow -- I use this year round...every week! rain or shine...food just tastes better period...I had the correct expensive cover for it thinking i was going to be that guy to try and take are of this thing correctly well that lasted the first year....during the winter the cover would get frozen to the ground or storage box i had beside the grill i actually ripped the cover handle trying to free the thing from the snow...so the grill sat open to the elements until i could free up the cover...I once accidentally left it on over two nights [full max] doing a burn and clean...i forgot about it...hey busy family life...so it was on for two days - only noticed a glowing red at night from the grill and oh man was it hot! (winter evening time) ...so yes i used and abused this thing and it is still going...I am at the point now [year 8] where I need to start replacing some parts. The starter that stopped after 3 year...not a big deal for me the batteries leaked and it was a mess to clean then never really worked after that - not the products fault... the temperature gauge paint is starting to bubble but still works...3/5 burners needs to be replace mostly work but some of the holes have rotted out so i have uneven flames at the back...the flame tamers are in good shape ....there is minor surface rust on the inside shelving, and chain for match lighter...who uses this thing??... - I don't use the shelving area at all except to store the the lighter and motor...One of the plastic tool holder broke as well (kids and a basket ball) if this can survive me and my family then it can survive you. If i decide to replace this i will get another - I love the bells and whistles on the newer models so an upgrade may be coming my way :)

I have had a broiling imperial BBQ since 2001 and had to replace various parts over the years but the costs for the parts was very reasonable. It was a no brainer decision to purchase a new Broil King BBQ considering the performance and availability of replacement parts for over 20 years for my previous BBQ.

We've had our BK grill for over 7 years and here in New England when things are left outside even when covered they don't last very long. (We do have the cover for our grill). Had issue with burners rusting writhin the warranty period no problem they just send new ones. When it is time for a new one we will be buying another BK.

I bought a year ago.lights up backyard.lots of bbq space.great for night bbq indirect heat excellent.i cooked 8 steaks at once in creditable! So happy best investment. Has all you needs for barbecuing

This is my third one. I had to leave the other two where I lived before in Texas and in Colorado. The Regal allows me to expand my cooking Horizons. I have cooked for two to 20 people and it worked like a charm

My Broil King was pushed down my deck stairs from a micro wind burst. Of course i hadn't locked the wheels so my fault, thought the barbecue was destroyed. Once inspected the Broil King needed a new cover, one wheel was broken and the doors needed to be straighten out. Once fixed the barbecue fired up right away like nothing had happened to my surprise! I let customer service know how tough this barbecue is and they wanted to help and sent myself replacement parts free of charge right away. Very happy as Broil King didn't need to do that as it was my own stupidity. Suffice to say the wheels are locked to prevent this from happening ever again. How do you make such an awesome grill but drop the bucket on the placement of the drip pan! Right above the propane tank. The pan is so small and gets filled quickly always spill everywhere when you want to remove it. Seems like an afterthought. Other than that , best grill ever.

We have a similar Napoleon at the city house, and decided to try the Broil King on recommendation from a friend for the country house. We love it and would recommend this Broil King model to any friend. It heats up quickly, is used year round and without fail even in cold winter months. The rotisserie option is great for roasts too, don't limit yourself to chickens. We did two large roast beefs on it for Christmas and they were divine. My only complaint, is that the grease pan catcher should be deeper. I did encounter one issue with propane not being used to capacity. I called the company, and it was an issue that incured by a faulty tank and we had to 'reset' the barbq. The support tech walked me through it, and it was resolved within 15 mins. Excellent service.

Hallo Zusammen, vor zwei Jahren habe ich mir meinen Traum erfüllt und mir den Regal 590 gekauft. Jedoch entwickelt sich der Grill so langsam zum Albtraum! Nach gut einem Jahr, trotz nach Anleitung und optimal gepflegt, fingen die Gussroste an zu rosten. Ok, kann passieren, habe ja Garantie! Bilder gesendet, mit allen Broil King Reinigungstools! Rückmeldung; deine Schuld nicht richtig gepflegt!! Ok, dann über die Gewährleistung! Rückmeldung; deine Schuld und nie mehr etwas vom Kundendienst gehört, obwohl ich noch zweimal ein Angebot zur Güte nachgefragt habe. Jetzt nach zwei Jahren fangen zwei der fünf Brenner an zu „Poppen" und das Flammbild ist unruhig und die Flammen schlagen gelb aus! Im Internet nachgeschaut! Ok, reinigen! Reinigungskit gekauft! Nach Reinigung noch immer das selbe Problem. Fachhändler meinte hier müsste man die Brenner tauschen! NACH ZWEI JAHREN! Ich hatte vorher 10 Jahre einen Grill aus dem Bauhaus, dieser Stand zwei Jahre lang UNABGEDECKT auf einen Waldgrundstück! Hier sind die Roste und die Brenner immer noch in Top-Zustand! Mein Cousin freut sich seit zwei Jahren über diesen guten Grill!!!! Mein Fazit zu Broil King, absolut keine Kaufempfehlung! schlechte Qualität, Garantie ist nur Werbung und der Kundenservice im Grunde nicht existent sondern unverschämt!
