Weber Genesis E-335 Natural Gas Grill w/ Sear Zone & Side Burner - Black - 1500536

Haven't use my new Genesis S-335 grill yet but had lots of trouble just registering grill for their warranty . The online process wouldn't complete cause the system said my entered serial # was incorrect, I tried deleting and re-entering a few times with no luck. Called the customer support number which went to a foreign call center and I was unable to understand that support lady so unfortunately had to end that call without getting my grill registered. I'm really hoping my grill performs better than the Weber warranty registration process . . . already have buyers remorse and haven't any used the grill!! :-(

Great grill! My 2nd Weber Genesis. Very happy with it's performance. Seems to actually get hotter than my old unit. I like how the hood operates - very smooth and seems to be counterbalanced nicely. I was able to just bolt on the bracket for my existing rotisserie so didn't need to replace that. If there is one drawback it's that there is no indicator of propane level/weight built in like the old one. Bit of a bummer but livable. All in all, a solid performer at a reasonable cost and hoping for many years of service.

I've been using Weber grills for the past 15 years, cooking on them several times a week because of how convenient they are. In my experience, Weber makes some of the best BBQs on the market. This model is once again cleverly designed and very well built, the quality and reliability I've come to expect.

This is my second Weber. Well made solid construction. Large cooking area and sear zone a plus. My last Weber lasted 13 years.

Tried to clean up the rust on the new grill but doesn't seem to want to come off. Is there something that would clean this issue up?

3rd weber in 23 years. Kids are still using the first one & neighbor took my last one. Just the best on the market!

Works well please don't make me write anymore .....

The grill is excellent. I have more temperature control. Easy clean up. The food I make comes out perfct.

Poor Quality Thought I was getting a Quality got a piece of junk. Poor manufacting. Already discolored. Cheap griddle. Thought I was getting ceramic covered cast iron squared. Cheap stainless steel. Will not last. Front door will not stay closed. Cheap magnets will not hold door shut. Burners are cheap and will rust through quickly not heavy duty in any way. Side storage compartment is not stainless steel. Cheap painted compartment I am sure will rust. Cheap way out. Last spirit grill I bought was quality this is junk. Could have gotten a much better grill with more features for half the cost. Very disappointed. Don't waste your money. Would not recommend. Saw a much better grill at Sam's Club for half the price. Weber no longer stands for quality.

After installation, the grill was not aligned. Costumer service sent initial replacement part. After reinstalling, the grill was still not aligned. Second part ordered and have not received. For the value of the product the materials should be available. The second piece also requires a complete disassembly and reassembly. The hours of work necessary to correct damaged parts is incredibly frustrating. I purchased a Weber due to the industry brand awareness on Quality. It has been a difficult 1.5-2 months working to get a final Grill for an expensive purchase.
