Weber Genesis E-335 Natural Gas Grill w/ Sear Zone & Side Burner - Black - 1500536

The grill seems okay, but was missing 2 parts. a shelf inside the grill and a shelf under by the tank. Though all documentation showed the parts, Weber customer service would not send the parts. When I suggested a return they still refused. They spent more time refusing than the parts could have possibly cost 3 times over! I talked to my local Ace HW guy and in 5 minutes I had the shelves! Weber gets a zero for quality control and customer service.

Happy with the grill so far, only 2 things == a grill this expensive should have a "fuel" gauge and idiotic clear protective wrap was so hard to remove, had to exchange lid/cover for another from place of purchase! It was so stuck on their and would have melted to lid if used. Tried heat gun etc... nothing worked to remove it! But otherwise I still give it 4 stars ! If not for those issues it would get 5

Superior product. Evenly and efficiently cooks meats, fish, veggies on grilled surfaces, and sautés food on the side burner. The searing function adjusts to expandable area when needed. Excellent for large BBQs.

This Grill May Take A While to Get Used To Much like my old Weber EXCEPT that the side burner is on the left. This is quite inconvenient for a right-handed person. I have gotten burned from the main grill while stirring on the side burner. If you must, please offer this grill with optional side burner placement on left or right. I would not have purchased this if I had known of possible second degree burn possibility.

Love the new grill. I wish it were available in the black finish. The stainless is more difficult to keep clean. Also, not a big fan of the stainless-steel grates. I ordered the cast iron grates and like them much better. Maybe offer the customer a choice?

I love my E-335. There is a learning curve to appreciate its versatility and to get experienced in modulating the heat for the type of grilling you are doing. But the learning is fun. My only real dissatisfaction is with the assembly instructions provided. They are primarily in hieroglyphics with cave-dwelling quality illustrations. Come on Weber, for the price you charge, couldn't you pop for real photos or more realistic illustrations of various assembly stages?

My first Weber, outstanding construction and well made.

I decided to buy mine unassembled. Of all things I've assembled over the years, this by far had the very best attributes: every piece of sheet metal perfectly matched it's mating piece. The holes and bends were perfect. That made assembly a breeze because the bolt and/or screws would drop right in and one didn't have to fight misaligned parts, etc. The packaging was logically marked and every piece was well protected. The design was unmatched and the factory production workers did a fantastic job and should be commended. No cheap junk here; no careless production here. The written instructions were another story and although attempts were made to illustrate the assembly steps, they were was very confusing and seemed to be done by someone non-mechanical. I barely used them and assembled most of it by intuition. You could have done better in this area.

Great grill, reasonable price solid construction. 335 is a solid unit and the lid holds strong heat for even cooking. The LP cylinder mounting and regulator hose is a little bit strange the way it's routed and I didn't understand the great length Weber went to for the match stick holder, but those are insignificant concerns once the grill is set up.

This is the best BBQ I ever had. I cook on it most nights. I purchased a lot of accessories that weber offer's. I must say the griddle is my favorite.
