The new grill is a bit hard to get used to after owning another Weber for 10 years- the burners are not as hot- so everything takes longer- the materials used to build the unit are not as heavy so it feels a bit less solid---- But on the bright side i had a problem with the unit and the warrantee service was great

I love this grill but the safety features constantly get set off when lighting the grill and I have to go through a whole process reset it. It is annoying if you are in a hurry. Lighting it not to set it off the safest features is a whole process - turn on propane very slowly, turn it all the way on, wait one minute and then turn on first burner, then the next one and then the last one. Cross your fingers that you did it right otherwise the grill won't heat over 300 degrees and you have to reset.

There is no starter button included. I also tried to turn the gas on and went to light and the gas line is not secure. Flames were popping up everywhere. I was very excited about my purchase until I assembled it and it isn't up to standard.

I have owned Weber grills for the last 35 years, but this one is even better than all the others. Just the weight and feel are impressive and sturdy. I have only had the grill a few weeks, but two thumbs up so far. It gets to 500 degrees in under 10 minutes. My other grills have always had cast-iron grates, and this one has wire-type grates; I am sure that's not the technical term, but I am not sold on them just yet. All in all, I love this grill and am glad I purchased this model.

I purchased this grill just before Father's Day. It's fantastic, and the searing feature puts that little extra on steaks. It was time to replace my old Weber and this was the perfect choice. These are Great grills and the warranty is second to none.

The grill does not have an indicator for the fuel status level. This is a nice feature I've enjoyed on other models.

Great Grill - won't buy another unless you make in the U.S. This is a US brand which was built on the backs (and pocketbooks) of American consumers. The VC vultures who took over Weber need to show some loyalty to the market that they serve.

Can't give a real answer yet because we have issues with the ignition switch. Have tried calling and got no help. He even hung up on us. We will try again tomorrow. The instructions were lacking for us. We will return if the switch doesn't work. We didn't pay for a defective grill

We've had the grill for a couple months now. We have been very pleased with it. It works well, provides even grilling with little or no flare up.

It took over a month to get our grill delivered; then we found out the ignition kit did not work so we had to order a new one, then the grate cracked & broke within a month. Beyond that is been working fine.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
