Great grill. Easy to assemble. Large cooking area.

Nearly impossible to assemble and no matter what front doors would not stay on or fit properly.

This is the 2nd Napoleon grill I've owned. The previous the slightly smaller 500 RSIB Pro which I loved but we sold with our house knowing I would get a larger size at our new place. I did so and moved up to this 665 and love all the extra grill real estate as making a variety of things at one time are now possible. Things I see as nice improvements are the stow away top shelf which stays on the grill when not in use, very nice. The casters are a huge step up as my old grill (only 4 years old so not old at all) had the older caster style which failed on me within the first 2 years of use on our deck and replacing the casters, while straightforward, wasn't easy due to the heavy weight of the assembled grill. These new casters are phenomenal and roll very well and are very sturdy. Quality of build is on par with Napoleon products, very sturdy materials (not the cheap pop metal many out here have, including some name brands that sell for high prices). The new flame tamer design seems to work very well as I work with a lot of greasy marinades, and my flame ups seem much more reduced than on my previous 500 Napoleon where I had to stand guard with a water spray bottle at times. The things I wish would be an option on this grill are inside and under cabinet lights like the Pro, the sliding propane tank shelf and most of all the outside marinade shelves on the end of the Pro series that was a great place to put my marinades and water bottle versus taking up the side shelf space. I went with this knowing it didn't come with these features and not really seeing the value in these until I didn't have them. By no means should that detract from the quality of this grill as this is a grilling dream that is solidly built to last many years. Overall, I love this brand and this grill and will always be a Napoleon customer.

My only dissapointment with this model as compared to my previous model is that there is no shelf on the left side behind the door. I've been trying to find a cabinet or shelf to fit there to no avail so far.

I bought the grill almost 3 months ago but didn't receive all the parts in the box. I contacted customer support and they're supposedly sending me the missing parts, but I still haven't received them. The ETA for delivery of the parts was 5/16 and that didn't happen. The grill looks pretty on my patio, sure wish I could use it...

This is a nice and heavy duty machine. It is a powerful grill, and we have heard nothing other than raving reviews!

Researched all the different option and landed on this one. Tons of space to cook, which is great when we have people over. Heats up fast and cooks evenly. The side sear burner gets super hot, nice for steaks. Everything feels solid, and it's easy to use. Some assembly but overall, no complaints. Definitely feels like an upgrade.

What a beautiful grill! I was between the Prestige 500 and the Prestige 665, but with a growing family and the fact that I like to entertain I figured the larger cooking space would come in handy. I love having the extra burner and the ability to have different heat zones depending on if I am going protein or vegetables, or if I just need to keep something warm. I really like the extra length on the rotisserie and have been using the rotisserie basket for french fries while cooking burgers. This grill has everything I need!

I love my newly designed Prestige 500! I had an old Napoleon Mirage grill that served me well over the years, but it was time to shop for a new grill. I compared the previous model Prestige 500 with the new models that just came out and I love the extra features. Wheels are nicer, styling is better, rear burner is longer and the connected thermometer setup is super helpful to keep everything in one place with the multiple probes. Definitely recommend!
