Yes, I've had this grill for 5 years. It has worked okay but not as well as I'd hoped. The drawbacks: 1) Customer support from Napoleon is TERRIBLE! I just had my grill quit sending gas to the burners. Callers to Napoleon service are told the wait will be more than one hour and I tried several times throughout the morning. Chat isn't any better. BBQ Guys tried to help but I suspect Napoleon's terrible customer support stymied them, too. I finally relied on ChatGPT to narrow down my problem. 2) Ordering parts is challenging. First, my model of P500 wasn't listed. Second, you find the parts department by clicking on warranty. On the positive side, I was charged $25 for a service/shipping fee but the regulator was free. 3) The striker on the side burner quit in a matter of weeks. 4) There's something to the criticism of other reviewers about uneven heat. However, even heat could just be the often-sought Holy Grail of BBQ grills. I see that my grill sells now for over two thousand dollars (I paid $1,400). I thought I'd get a marked improvement over Weber and others. After the dismal customer support, I would say Napoleon needs to work on improvement.
I bought the Prestige 500 RSIB in 2024 and used it for two summers, and I'm sorry I made the switch from the brand I used for 30+ years. The Napoleon grill has extremely uneven heating across the grilling surface. It's so much cooler at the front as to make this area unusable. The design of the lid, which slides over a fixed top, is something they call a feature, but I say is a bug. The effect of this design is to direct heat right back at the user. Overall, the grill emits loads of heat back at you. I even need a grilling glove to open the lid. Cooking is a very unpleasant experience. Speaking of heat, the grill gets so hot it is hard to control. If you want everything to cook at 900 degrees, this is your grill. I use my grill on a cement patio, which is intentionally unlevel (sloping away from the house and side to side). The slope causes the cart to rack, and this prevents the cabinet doors from opening. The wheels get stopped on even the slightest twig or crack in the cement. Because it was a major investment, I tried to like this grill, but I just can't.

A well made grill that will serve me well. It has an even temperature making it easier to cook. Looking forward to cook with the rotisserie, this grill is well thought out. I am so glad we bought this, it was pricey but worth the investment. Will keep you posted.
I was very impressed with the quality of my Napoleon. I especially like the back of the grill being totally enclosed. It keeps the squirrels out and other pests. Controls work nice and easy to adjust. I am very pleased so far. Crew dropped it off while I was at work and even installed my propane for me. Great service and I highly recommend to all who aren't sure. John
Just received grill today. It works very well. The problem is I cannot register the product. I tried scanning the code...which gave me "does not exist". I then did via the website...like 10 times. All cells filled accurately...then registration fails. Good luck talking to anyone. Maybe that's why they offer a 15 year warranty...they don't let you register for it!!

I have never owned a quality grill before until now. But I'm very glad that I purchased the Prestige 500. I had my eye on a competitor's brand for awhile but at the store where I got my Prestige the salesperson offered me a deal so I jumped at it. I love that it's all stainless steel. I love the quality casters on it as it's easy to roll on my patio. Once I got it home , I quickly bought the cast iron griddle as well. So my first time using the grill was to cook burger patties on the griddle. I am looking forward to using that for other dishes. I then used my grill for steaks and those came out better than expected on the stainless steel wave grill. I then proceeded to cook burgers on the wave grill and those came out just as good. I am excited for this spring and summers to come on my new Prestige 500.

My family has appreciated our meals more than ever since we were received our Prestige 500 a little over a year ago. Having space under the hood to rotisserie a whole 20lb turkey or big rib roasts has been life changing. Steaks have had great seared flavor and crust I've never been able to achieve with lower quality grills.

Grill is great but for the price, the heat distribution is terrible.

I'm extremely impressed with my new Napoleon Prestige 500 RSIB, the build quality, heat control, and versatility are outstanding. The Sizzle Zone delivers restaurant-level searing, and the rear infrared burner makes rotisserie cooking incredibly easy. Assembly took some time, but the performance and thoughtful design features make it absolutely worth it. Overall, it's a premium grill that has already elevated my everyday cooking.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
