On other grills, cooking more than one item at a time can be a struggle. That's not the case for the Blaze LBM, which includes heat zone separators that help you create varying levels of heat with each burner. Sear on one side, slow roast on the other, and do everything in between to make sure your guests leave satisfied. The stainless steel grill cart features two soft close front doors for storing your grill cover and BBQ accessories. The cart also includes four heavy duty caster wheels, allowing you to relocate the grill easily whenever necessary, and two side shelves for a convenient work area. Unlike the standard Blaze Grills, the Blaze Gas Grills BLZ-3-LBM(LP/NG), BLZ-4-LBM(LP/NG) can be used in multi-user applications, including but not limited to: apartment complexes, hotels, condo complexes, fire stations, police stations, multi-family dwellings, etc. For multi-user applications, Blaze applies the following warranty: Three (3) year warranty on stainless steel grill housing, stainless steel burners, cooking grids, control valves, and manifold assembles. A ninety (90) day warranty applies to all other components. This warranty replaces the lifetime warranty offered with residential use when grill is used in multi-user settings.

Had this grill for 4 years now. It looks good, withstands outdoor weather well. However, it simply cooks too hot. For a quick burger or something that cooks fast, it works great. However if you need to grill something slow, like a bone-in chicken quarter, it is almost impossible to cook it all the way without over-charring the outside. Even with the grill on the lowest setting it gets too hot. I have learned to adapt to it by just not using a part of the 4 burner zones and utilizing indirect heat… but this is a workaround I shouldn't have to do with a nearly $2k grill.

Just purchased and installed the Prelude 32" in my built-in patio area. I was replacing a 30 year old CNG foreign made unit that still worked but was on its last leg. We grill an average of 3-4 times per week and really put grills to the test. Of course the cut-out dimensions were different and required some concrete work. When finished and installed the grill worked flawlessly. It heats quicker and hotter than the Australian 4 burner. I will have to learn cooking times and dial settings all over again but am very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the Blaze Prelude. I would highly recommend this grill.

grill was delivered on time and quality is very heavy duty. my issue is i can't keep this grill from flaring up. i am looking at having a custom flat top built as an insert due to it being so bad.

Pretty underwhelmed so far. The knobs have these black grips on them that have peeled off almost immediately. At first, the left igniter seemed to be a little finicky. And now neither the left or right burner are lighting (middle two still do for now). Seems to take awhile to heat up as well compared to my old standup Weber. Very underwhelmed so far.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
