Love my new Weber! This is my 5th grill and they have all been very good. The few things I wish they would fix are: more drain holes in the side burner pan, reengineer the back side so rain water will not enter into the grill. I hope the frame will hold up and not rust as badly as my old Genesis did. The hinges rusted so bad the doors fell off. But that was after 10+ years in Florida, so it's probably what you should expect. I'm looking forward to another 10 years with this one. I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars!

Love our new Weber grill. We bought our new grill even though our old over 25 year old Weber still worked. We just wanted a larger grilling surface.

Excellent grill as always from Weber, I have owned and used Weber grills for many years and they stand the test of time and incorporate innovative features. The grill is beautiful to look out and works great. It's also easy to clean. The only problem I have is with the cover which has been blowing off. This new cover seems more lightweight than my old cover. I just ordered bungee cords in hope they would keep the cover on.

Assembly of the grill takes a few hours, but is easily accomplished by following the step by step instructions on the BILT app. The evenness of the heating with no noticeable hot spots makes cooking easy on this grill. I find the side burner to be very useful for sautéing a recipe with spicy hot peppers, thereby avoiding putting choking fumes inside my kitchen.

Super easy to assemble. Just follow the instructions. This grill is a well made & well constructed grill. I would recommend it to anyone. When you set the grill on low it is real low and when you set it on high for sear it gets the job done. This is my second Weber Genesis grill the first one lasted me 13 + years. I hope this one will last me at least 13 years. This was a great buy at the end of the season at close out pricing.

The Weber Genesis SX-335 Smart Gas Grill is an excellent grill. I owned a 1995 Weber Genesis grill that is still used at our old home in Connecticut by my daughter's family. The SX-335 heats up fast, provides great temperature control, cooks uniformly, monitors grill and food temperature, has great storage and is built to last. What else is there? Well, I do have one suggestion for improvement and that is to also have a manual thermometer to monitor grill temperature. Two related things, the display panel is difficult to read in direct sunlight and what if there's no power? A manual read thermometer is still a must in my experience.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
