I have had tons of other brands of grills over my 20+ years of grilling. None have ever really stood out as good... always had hot spots or weird cold spots, wouldn't heat up etc. We grill a LOT, 3-4 times a week so sprung for the Genesis EX-325s (with the tech package) and I will NEVER go back. 1. No hot spots ANYWHERE. 2. Gets up to 600+ degrees 3. Sear burner location actually makes it useful (it isn't a burner replacement, it's a dedicated sear that is only used for that... doesn't get in the way). 4. Tech package works AWESOME..... A. Love the bluetooth/wifi range, no signal drops B. App is surprising accurate for cook times and doneness (tells you when to flip stuff even) C. Remote tank level only shows high, med and low but it's nice to have it! We have used this constantly for the last 3 weeks (1 whole tank of propane worth of grilling...) and I have ZERO complaints or wants. Amazing grill and worth the purchase price IMO.

So far I have been really happy with this unit. It replaced a Weber Spirit from roughly 17 years ago (a grill which is still in perfect working order, and which I happily handed on to my son). After using the Genesis several times now in the winter I am realizing what a beast this grill is. The build is sturdy, solid and clean. I opted for the base model black because I was nervous about fingerprinting on stainless model and really did not need a side burner. The controls are smooth, the side tables are large and sturdy. Most importantly, I've been impressed about how quickly the grill comes to temperature and how easy it is to control the temperature. The extra real-estate is good too. It's a real step up from the Spirit. Frankly, I wish I had done it sooner.

Excellent grill!!!! I have only done a rotisserie chicken and a pizza so far, but both came out great. I did not think cooking outside could get any better.

Our previous Weber had no storage space underneath where we could store the cover, so we're delighted to have that ability now. The grill was a very generous gift from our son and daughter in law for Christmas.

This grill is top notch! I love the easy assemble and the overall build quality. Looks awesome in my outdoor kitchen. I opted for the natural gas model so I don't have to keep buying propane. My first cook was crab legs and steak, both came out delicious. This grill is a winner so far. Great purchase!

Just bought the new Genesis E-325S Natural Gas version and am loving it so far. This replaces a 10+ year old Genesis. The new grill is the first that I have had that ran on natural gas so no more worrying about propane bottles. The grill gets hot quickly and will go to at least 660F. I'm sure that the sear zone is even much hotter. The grill is built very well and is very heavy weight; I was considering purchasing the Spirit but the Genesis is so much larger and heavier. The grill holds heat very well. I don't think that I have ever had a grill that cooked so uniformly; I put bread across the entire surface of the grill and was amazed how uniform that it cooked. Most of the grill parts are warranted for 10 or more years so this should be a good long-term purchase. So far, I am a happy camper !

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
