Awesome grill! They really thought of everything with this grill! I love that you can clean it very easily from the front of the grill without having to pull it out. The disposable grease trays make it even easier to clean. This grill is sturdy and made with great quality.

This Weber Genesis EX-335 Smart Grill is probably the most advanced and impressive grill I have ever used. The fact that I can check the temperature and readiness of what I'm grilling on my phone is absolutely mind-blowing. The grill itself is very sturdy, durable, and high quality. It's made of some heavy duty material, and is very visually appealing. The sear zone is one of my favorite aspects of this grill, as it allows me to add those beautiful sear marks to my meat fairly quickly. This grill has spoiled me so much that I'm actually now disappointed when I eat a steak at a restaurant because I can't help but think that this grill at home can make a better one! The smart features of this grill make grilling such a convenience, as I no longer have to be glued to the grill while grilling. I can actually step away and socialize while checking the status of my meats on my phone using the Weber connect app. I highly recommend this smart grill to anyone who is looking for a superior grilling experience with a superior grill.

As a family we have always enjoyed back yard grilling but frequently have to stop during the spring and fall due to the cold weather. However this grill makes it possible to enjoy year round without standing there freezing. First off assembly took my husband and I about 2 hours. Part of that may have been due to the cold weather. The instructions are detailed and easy to follow. The little clips however can be fragile, be sure to handle with care. Once it was assembled we got right to grilling. For the steak the searing zone was incredibly helpful. It came out perfectly medium rare as desired and no burned spots or random flares of the flames. Just clean cooking. The chicken came out so juicy and tender yet perfectly done. I could not believe it was grilled. Having the smart app plus the temperature monitoring told us exactly when to flip the meat, how many minutes left and we could monitor it all from inside. I love that it can be powered via a battery pack in case I want to take the grill somewhere without a plug in. The side burner is also a favorite feature. I can boil water for corn on the cob right there with its own temperature control. Over all this grill is my favorite we have ever had, I can never go back to the old kind. The tools store in the side and the tank is kept clean and dry in the cabinet with magnetic door.

The new Genesis S325 is an excellent upgrade I especially love the larger The large surface to store things on both sides of the grill the new wheels and they're locking devices and the Seer button along with the added new features you can purchase or use with your new grill I just love the new natural gas Genesis for 2022

This grill is wonderful! The searing section is great and I love that I can control the temp based on what I'm barbecuing. I originally had a problem with my natural gas connector being a flared connector, but with the help of customer service, I was able to change that out and get it connected correctly.

This grill has me well on the way to being a master griller! I love the ability to control the experience with such precision via the smart functionality and many upgraded features. Weber really knocked it out of the park with this one! Pros: The Weber Connect app allows me to monitor the grill from a distance! I love seeing the temperature as the grill is warming up and I am inside prepping food. By inserting the probe into food, I can monitor the internal temp from the app and cook to perfection. The app gives fool proof cooking guidance on a wide variety of proteins that can be customize based on the cut, weight, and desired doneness. I really love the built-in digital temperature read out on the grill and within the Weber connect app that lets you monitor the grill and probe temperatures. The flexibility to check the temperature adds to the ease of cooking. Having a digital read out allows for precise cooking versus a dial temperature gauge. I was impressed by the quality of the grill construction; it looks and feels very well made. It has industrial style locking caster wheels that make moving the grill a breeze. Another bonus to the quality is having a great warranty! There is a good amount of cooking area with a large dedicated sear zone to get the desired finish on steaks. I also LOVE the option to fold out the top rack for double the space or keep it folded for maximum maneuverability. I have not used the side burner yet, but I did turn it on and produced a nice even flame. A neat feature is that the propane tank hangs from a scale that shows the remaining capacity based on the weight in the tank. It can also be monitored within the Weber Connect app so I am never guessing how much fuel is left. I am excited about the flexibility to get additional accessories to convert the grill to a flat top, pizza stone, wok, or rotisserie! My garage has limited storage room, so the ability to store the accessories onboard in the side cupboard is huge. The lighting inside the hood and on the knobs was a surprising delight! It makes cooking in the evening a breeze and is a huge bonus feature! Cons: Labor intensive setup that took nearly 3.5 hours to complete with one person and a lot of packaging materials to recycle. PRO TIP: The install was tedious but using the Bilt app to view step by step 3D instructions helped cut down on install confusion. It made assembly with one person possible! One annoying thing was the adhesive that was left behind from the plastic wrapping. It took some gentle elbow grease to remove the adhesive without damaging the finish. Wish list items would be the ability to control the flame level from my phone or having a Bluetooth probe instead of wires. I also wish the grill came with two probes instead of one! Overall I would highly recommend this grill as it is a premium well-made appliance that features exciting and convenient features!

this grill is very well made. the features are great. I really like that I can check the temperature from my phone. I also like the fact I can see how much fuel is left from my phone as well. this grill cooks amazingly.

I have absolutely no complaints regarding this grill. I received this unassembled. The packaging and film placed over exposed parts (hood, sides, doors, etc.) protected the shipment thoroughly. I personally did not assemble the grill but paid someone to do it. He inadvertently did not return the temperature probe upon it's return. Therefore, I was unable to use it to check temp while cooking. I used an instant read thermometer. This is a high quality, well made grill. It rolls easily on tour casters. It puts out extreme heat. This grill has three burners. One feature a really like is the sear zone. As you can see by the picture, it put nice grill marks on the steak. Another feature is the large cabinet beneath the grill. Especially the storage of the gas container within the cabinet. My Weber 2 burner grill does not have this feature. The grill has 2 large prep and serve tables on each side. I followed the cooking instructions provided by the app and my steak came out perfectly. I took the steak off the grill at 120 degrees. As you can see from the picture, it came out a perfect medium. The Weber Connect app paired easily with the bluetooth on my phone. Wi-fi connection was also seamless. Very pleased with the ease of mating with both functions. The app itself is fantastic. Helpful videos, tips, instructions, recipes, etc. I look forward to getting my probe back so I can take full advantages of the "smartness" of this grill. I have owned multiple products from Webert and never had any problems. Those included a standard charcoal grill, a portable, table top LP canister grill, the Smokey Mountain smoker (works better than my pellet smoker) and a 2 burner LP grill. I truly think this is the best grill I've ever owned, just after 1 use! You can't go wrong with the Genesis Smart grill series and I highly recommend it.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
