After reviewing and researching many brands and models of grills, I kept coming back to the new Genesis. Finally bought this beauty and have been very happy with cooking results and ability to control the grill. Would buy it again. Don't compromise, get a quality grill to obtain quality results. So far, pizza, swordfish, burgers, brats, sausage, steak, chicken and zucchini. All exactly prepared with precision control. Don't wait, be happy

The ignitor was broken and it takes a long time for the propane to get to the burner so lighting the grill isn't great. However, I like the grill space and how even the heat is.

Sometimes an issue with ignition can be solved through our recommended startup procedure: Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position (including side burner if applicable) Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the first burner to start/high Hit your igniter Turn on all remaining burners Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 500-550°F We are following up via email to provide our assistance. I grew up with a Weber charcoal grill and was interested in getting a propane grill. I did some research and bought this one after seeing positive reviews around the web. It has not disappointed. The assembly is fairly intense so I recommend putting it together with a friend. I haven't used it a lot since it is still kinda cold out but it is a solid construction. The first dinner I grilled was potatoes, asparagus, oyster mushrooms, a whole fish, and it all came out delicious (I burned some of the potatoes though cause I wasn't paying attention). I haven't used the side burner yet but I have high hopes. I like that it has plenty of storage inside and in the side compartment. I also like that the top grate expands, collapses, or folds down completely if you don't have a use for it at the time. I am looking forward to getting the family and friends together for a great summer!

Another great grill from Weber! This grill replaced my 18 year old Weber Summit Gold. I also have the smoker and a kettle grill. Fantastic quality.

Weber proves yet again that you get what you pay for. Purchased online and assembled with my son in about 40 minutes. It is apparent how much thought goes into the design and quality of this product, starting with the way it is packaged. Not just a bunch of pieces sliding around inside a large box; everything is protected. Arrived on a pallet via truck (+/- 230 lbs). Assembly was actually an enjoyable experience, mostly due to the superior product design. The screws have neoprene washers so that there is no metal to metal contact between the screws and the panels. The body panels have built in "hooks" so that you can hang the panel on the frame and then insert the screw, rather than struggling to hold a panel in place while inserting a screw. The heat is even and reliable. I was used to building in extra cook time on cheaper grills because of un-predicatable temps and un-reliable built in thermometers. The built in thermometer is actually accurate. I opted for the E325-s as I prefer the coated cast iron grates vs the stainless steel and did not need the smart connect or side burner. Clean up is amazingly easy due to the pull-out funnel shaped drawer that directs everything to the disposable aluminum catch pan.

Easy to assemble, well made, parts fit well. I have now cooked on it 4 times everything has cooked perfectly. The side burnerworked as it should. Can't wait to use my wok in it. Summer is comming!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
