I replaced my 20 year old Weber Genesis Silver with this natural gas E-325s grill. It is way too early to comment and score this model for longevity! I can say that I was drawn back to Weber because of my past experience with the brand. It Definitely does not seem to be of the same high quality material as my 20 year old one, but then what product today is of the same quality of 20 years ago? I like the styling and appearance, the warming rack that can be completely moved out of the when not needed, and the battery charged ignition system rather than the crossover ignition. The sear feature is a really nice touch and works well. It also has an improved grease capture tray design that I like. Overall, I believe this is a great quality product, but will update my review as any issues arise. It has a larger shelf on the right side which requires a special size cover to cover it well. (Weber sells the correct cover for this grill: Weber # 7757 Genesis Grill Cover).

I have always loved the Genesis lines of Weber grills. Nice looking spacious grill. Not sure I understand the value of the extra burner, for searing purposes. But the single most disappointing thing is the stainless surface is showing signs of pitting.

Congratulations on your new Genesis E-325s! We appreciate your feedback. All our new Genesis grills are equipped with a sear station. It is nice to have the option to sear your steaks or anything you are grilling. We are sorry to hear about the rust spots on your control panel. We are happy to help provide you with some guidance on this. If your grill is located in a coastal or humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts. Below are a couple of helpful tips. 1. At the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust we would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner (ex. Bar Keepers Friend). Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish (ex. Weber's brand) to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings. 2. Once a week we would recommend wiping down the grill with a wet towel or rag and then drying completely. 3. We would only recommend covering your grill if you know inclement weather is coming. 4. The quicker you get at a stain the easier it will be to clean off. Hopefully, this information is helpful. Our Support team will also be reaching out to follow up. Thank you!

Fantastic grill! I have owned Weber charcoal kettle grills for decades that last being a charcoal Performer series vintage 2008. Finally decided to make the switch to gas and purchased the S-325s. Couldn't be happier! Grill was easy to put together using the printed manual in conjunction with the BILT online. Took me about 2 hours all told. I opted for the stainless grates and they are super easy to clean. Great cooking control and the SEAR zone does just that. Puts a fantastic sear on the meats! All in all worth every penny.

Everything is working as expected. I chose the model without the side burner but that also made me lose the left side cabinet that comes only with the side burner. Advise to Weber. Have every option available to all of the customers not only to those that choose to spend more on something they won't use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
