Thought about a pellet smoker but then researched reviews. So glad I stuck to Weber. Owned Genesis for decades, this new 2022 model is the bomb.

I was tired of buying throwaway grills and wanted something substantial, so I decided to buy a Weber. The first thing I grilled was 2 thick ribeye steaks, The sear zone made it so easy and the steaks were cooked to perfection. I am looking forward to many years of use from this grill.

This grill is what I've needed in my life! After going through big-store grills every 3-4 years, I have a grill that is incredibly reliable and a joy to fire up. I do more grilling now than ever before and I'm cooking everything! And, with the added accessories, I'm cooking kabobs and chicken on the rotisserie, more fish, and the steaks are incredible with the sear station. I'm simply enjoying and loving this grill!

We really like our new Genesis S-335 grill. It is quite a bit bigger than our previous Weber Spirit grill and has many nice touches and features. We have only used it a few times so far but anticipate many delicious grilled meals out of it. We also purchased the griddle and really like that too. Highly recommended.

New Grills always work, found cooking on low, flames blow out easily in a breeze, The stainless steel is not as thick as I had hoped.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry for the frustration you are experiencing with your grill. Low flames that blow out easily are usually a sign of a gas issue caused by either a leaky gas tank or gas line, or by starting the grill too quickly. First, we always recommend doing a soapy water leak test when lighting your grill for the first time. This will determine if the gas line is secure. Once you can rule out a leak as the source of the issue, we recommend checking your startup technique. If your burners blow out easily and your grill won't get very hot, it could be in a safety mode known as “bypass." What’s happening is that the regulator thinks there’s a gas leak, so it reduces the pressure. Follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position (including sear burner and side burner if applicable) Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds This is the most important part. Turn the first burner to start/high Hit your igniter Turn on all remaining main burners, one by one Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 500-550°F We want to help you get the best possible experience from your grill. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
