Good grill. The only complaint I have is the grease tray doesn't catch all of the grease and it's running out the bottom of the grill. A little messy to clean up.

It sounds like the issue with your grease management system may be preventing you from experiencing total grill bliss, and we want to help! The grease tray that slides under your grilling surface is designed with a non-stick surface to funnel grease into the drip pan below. We recommend regularly scraping any buildup on the grease tray into the drip pan as part of your routine grill maintenance. This will help new drippings to flow directly into the drip pan. Grilling on an uneven surface is another common reason why drippings escape the drip pan. It may help to measure and adjust your grill's location. Brand new grills are extra-reflective inside, which intensifies the heat from your burners. We recommend setting your burners lower than expected and monitoring the grill's internal temperature. You may also try leaving one of the burners off to achieve lower temperatures or to create an area for indirect cooking. As you use your grill more, we expect that the heat will even out. We would like to know more about the issue you are having with your app's accuracy. Normally, our grill owners rave about the ability to accurately monitor their grill and food temperatures from their wireless devices. Probe placement is a significant factor in monitoring temperature accurately. There are step-by-step instructions at your fingertips in the Weber Connect App when you use a recipe or cook program. Don't be surprised if your program suggests removing the meat sooner than you would expect— we always leave time for the additional cooking that occurs while the meat is resting. It will not void your grill's warranty if you use it with your bulk LP tank when done per our recommendations. We recommend using the Weber Bulk LP to connect your LP grill to connect directly to the bulk LP gas line. Was very pleased with the quality of the E-335 gas grill. This is our second Weber. First one is over 20 years old and still works. We wanted a newer version with all the fun accessories that you can use with it.

I have had continuing issues with the ignition switch. It only works for one burner and the sear burner. This is very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised and sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your igniter. It sounds like a little bit of troubleshooting could solve your issue. We recommend checking that the igniter electrodes at the top of your burners are parallel to the burner tube. This will allow the right amount of gas to collect underneath for ignition. If that does not solve the issue, please try unplugging each wire at the igniter module and then re-connecting them again to ensure they are seated all the way. We appreciate your patience. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
