Has some great features and easy to move around. Still getting used to it after 1 month. The light that comes on when you open and shut the lid is great. The thermometer is a bit difficult to use because it either has to be plugged in to an electrical outlet or plugged into a battery pack--I've tried both---won't leave the battery pack connected because of outdoor heat. I really am disappointed that there is not a thermostat to use (without power) to know what the temperature of the grill is. There really should be a non powered thermostat.

After waiting over 10 years we bought a new grill. We had a few hiccups which were operator error (;) ). Works great now wish we did it sooner! Only one minor issue the handle gets very hot in the sun even w the grill off….so be careful

This grill has performed better than I expected. The sear zone is great! It quickly sears burgers, chicken, etc. perfectly. Setup was easy though a couple of things could have been explained. There are yellow dots on some parts. If you align the dots on adjacent parts you have everything correct. I didn't catch that at first and had to start over. Also something that explained which side of the grates is the top. I had to look that up online.

I chose to assemble my own grill, and very glad that I did! In this way one can learn all about the new grill while assembling. This was no exception! Dual level shields for the burners; thoughtful grease drainage; tank level indicator; built-in accessory hooks; wide stainless steel prep areas on both sides; heavy cast-iron grates that hold the heat. Cooking on the E-325 is amazing! Pop on the sear zone to seal the meat juices, and move it on over to the low-temp side to finish off! Amazing burgers and bbq chicken! Tonight: chicken fajitas kebabs on the rotisserie!

Everything is good on this grill. I downsized from a 2005 Genesis Gold C. One Issue I have is the hook to hand the propane tank and use the propane level guide is very difficult to hang if you have a bad back or are an older person. This was a majorly bad design. It should have been kept outside and under the shelf. I just replaced my 2nd tank, and it is very difficult

Many cheaper grills later I finally bought a Weber, now I know why they have a great reputation. A noticeable difference is the overall quality and well thought out design of the burner assembly, but the biggest thing is the main housing, it's not the usual sheet metal stainless steel, it's a heavier aluminum casting. Therefor stable heat retention and controllability of low heat for slow roasting large pieces of meat is night and day difference to previous grills. Then there's quick, high heat for searing and cooking steaks etc or cooking pizza, I can't say enough about what a difference there is between this grill and previous, Weber have been around for a long while, now I know why, they know what it takes to make a great grill. I'm a foodie and consider myself a pretty good cook, I bought an inexpensive smoker tube for this grill, I feel this grill plus the smoker took my grilling game to a whole other level, don't need a pellet grill or a Blackstone, I've got all I need in this new Weber.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
