I was very disappointed when the igniter failed after just a couple of months. A new battery didn't help. A new igniter module didn't help. The problem was finally resolved with a new igniter button. However, the support from Weber's technical help team was superb. I was particularly grateful for the support I got from a Weber tech named Scott. Thanks Scott!!

The grill is fine but the cover you sell to protect it from the weather is a little too small. For the money you charge please add a little more material to it. Thanks it would make it easier going on and off and probably last a little longer. Thanks again

After reviewing many options, I decided to go with the Weber. It seemed to be the best made. My only concern, and this seems to be true of all brands, is that, despite the fact that many of the components are stainless steel, the body of the grill is not. Being right on the water, I'm wondering how many years of service I'll get before the bottom and sides rot out. That said, it works beautifully.

I had to replace my old Weber Genesis Silver after 20+ years. This grill has exceeded my expectations. The blue tooth and temperature probe are amazing. I no longer have to stand by the grill. Well worth the investment. Hope this grill last as long as my last.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
