I ordered this grill on the website. Assembly took longer than expected. However, this gave me the chance to look over every part and make sure everything was up to snuff. (In the past, I've had a chipped lid from the factory and Weber sent me a replacement lid.) Everything was good. This is a great grill. Sears wonderfully, no hot spots, and the griddle insert took my grill game to another level. I'm glad I bought this. This is my 4th Weber grill and my first LP Weber.

The prior Weber Silver BBQ that this new one replaced was purchased in 1998. Every five years replaced some parts ( burners,flavor bars and grill when needed) and it just kept going. The auto lighter still worked when I put it out to the garbage. So,it made perfect sense to buy another Weber.

This is a great looking grill. But it's functionality is what's most impressive to me. It has good storage inside the cabinet. And has plenty of prep space with the large shelf extensions on both sides. With the 3 burners plus the searing station, preheating this grill for cooking 500° and higher occurs in a snap.

It doesn't get as hot as I would like and it takes too long to warm up to grilling temperature. My other Genesis and my Summit grills get mush hotter.

i had a cast iron weber for 20 years and 2 months ago bought a new genesis. Terrible design. The grease pan overflows because water gets in. I just cleaned my deck to find the pan spilling out. Wow not good, The stainless is difficult to maintain unless you always keep a cover on it. My cast iron was so easy. Replacing the the Gas tank is very hard to lift onto the scale, unless you are a body builder. The tank should be on the outside not locked behind these useless doors. I replaced the stainless grates with ceramic, as the stainless allowed food to stick and then fall between. Obviously, the designer of these grills never grills. I spent a lot of money for the reputation of Weber. Apparently, the name no longer means anything. So disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Wish my old cast iron still worked. Do not purchase this model.

I bought this to replace my 25 year old Genisis. Much nicer than the old one and preforms as advertised, assembly took about 4 hours and you should be comfortable using tools.

Solid & works great; and quickly heats up with the NG. But I bought this model with the higher hood for rotisserie. But the hood design is such that other rotisseries won't fit (side grooves too small and no mount options on one side) so you're forced to buy theirs (which is much flemsier than my current one).

We decided to buy a Weber Grill because of the quality it showed compare to other grills. We love how it cooks our steaks so evenly and the vegetables come out perfect and not burned like other grills.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
