Genesis E335: Clean design and numerous upgrades to design and features. The new color (Ocean Blue) is a nice departure from th classic stainless steel and black. I especially like the new design of the burner tubes - heat more evenly. Am anxious to learn how master the sear burner. Need to have one locking caster replaced as the original caster doesn't work correctly (expect to be covered by warranty).

Well built, easy light, nice features and simple to use. I like the ability to use the crafted accessories with this model. Could use more thoughtful storage for those accessories, but still really good grill. Gave a 4 star as ours was defective from factory with manifold having incorrect valves, but Weber sent out a replacement quickly, which was awesome.

Mine rusted in the first week :( the shelves are flat and a little indented, so it pooled moisture and caused rust

We appreciate your feedback. We are so sorry to hear you are experiencing rust on your grill. We are here to help. If your grill is located in a coastal or humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts. At the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust we would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner (ex. Bar Keepers Friend). Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish (ex. Weber's brand) to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings. Once a week we would recommend wiping down the grill with a wet towel or rag and then drying completely. We would only recommend covering your grill if you know inclement weather is coming. Like they grill a lot.Purchased Weber Connect Smart Grilling Bundle. Also, very satisfied. Additionally purchased per information on web site Genesis Griddle. Not happy with this as it will not fit as instructed. Does not lay flat with grate removed. Need to us with small grate. Reducing grilling surface

OUR GENESIS E-325s Gas Grill (Liquid Propane) works well, once we received and installled the LP Kit. The Dealer did not have this kit and used another Regulator that inhibited the flow of propane from or 1000 gallon tank the services our Lake house. Both the Dealer and Weber were helpful in correcting the problem. I have a built in Bull Angus at my other house and, although they are different, they oth work well, and itwas easier to get a hold of Weber than Bull when we had a problem.

I cannot get the 3rd burner to self ignite. I need a lighter to get it going. I submitted this through your website and no response.

Positive points: Its taken my grilling to a new level. Everything from steaks, chicken, turkey, veggies, all cook up beautifully. I love the burner design and have always really wanted the Weber. I had an old grill which was rebuild many times but finally the valves are not replaceable so it was time. The Genesis gets to 550 degrees quickly, and the heat is very well distributed. I like how the propane tank is hidden away in the cabinet. The propane level indicator seems to work well. I might also get an accurate pressure gauge. It looks great. Negative points are few. The price point is high. Replacement parts are available but expensive. The SST side trays show finger prints and it will need to be occasionally cleaned. The knobs could be a bit better material design to give it a better feel, and the light bar should come standard on all models.

The sear zone is exceptionally hot. I can grill in half the time. The filets turned out nice. 4 minutes per side. The side burner works well for veggies.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
