Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.

Far right burner is difficult to ignite and I have to turn it on high to get it to maintain temperature. Tank is full and open so maybe just an issue with this individual grill. Kinda disappointed

There are a few things we'd like to go over: You can also watch our step-by-step tutorial video here. Do the burners light fine manually with a lighter or a match? If so, with all main burners on high and your lid closed does your grill reach temperature? Did you verify the electrodes are correctly in place and flush with the burners? If the electrode/electrodes are not flush with the burners the spark can have a hard time reaching the gas in the burners for ignition. I've owed this grill about 1 month now and have used it at least 10 times. Very pleased with the heat distribution and the time it takes to heat up. It holds it heat very well. It was easy to assemble by myself. This is my first Weber and it by far is better than other grills I owned. I love it. The only issue I have is that the side panel that the tank hangs on has a slight bow in it due to the tank weight. I think that panel could be beefed up a little Easy to clean and no flare ups to be concerned about.

The igniter does not work! The bbq came pre built, everything appears to be assembled correctly but I have to use a cigarette lighter to start it.

Sometimes, assembled grills are delivered with the battery inserted backwards into the terminal to prevent accidental sparking. Heats very fast and maintains heat well. Assembly was easy while following the guide. Burners ignite instantly. Grates leave nice grill marks and are easy to brush clean. Grease tray is easy to remove.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
