The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. I have been wanting this exact grill for years and my wife finally got it for me and I could not be happier it's everything I thought it would be and more I just can't say enough good things about it the only issue and it's really not an issue yet is the handle seems just a touch loose but if it gets worse I'll contact Weber and have them address it but as far as the grill itself from the heating to the high temperature range to the cooking to the surface to the easy clean ability it's absolutely a thrill and I love it it was worth waiting for

Everything great. I screwed up the gas hose when installing to a fitting that didnt quite fit. Weber was nice enough to send me a new hose. Thanks guys. The grill is great. Top quality product.

grill works great. i got the griddle but i haven't tried that part yet. side burner did the job for steaming corn/shrimp/clams. The instructions on how to put it together were very well done. Customer support was a little rough as they sent me and charged me for the wrong model but we eventually got it sorted out. Web site is a little rough trying to figure out exactly what you are ordering.

Came all set up one push of igniter and flames. Even heat easy clean grills love stainless steel. My last Weber was a genesis lasted 42 years. Looking forward to a similar relationship

Great grill. I just bought it with gift certificates from my grown up kids. Nice improvements have been made since I bought my last Weber Genesis which was still in good shape after approximately 10 years; I gave my older grill to my daughter and son-in-law and they are very happy with it. I have been cooking on Weber grills my entire adult life and I think Weber is the best, keeping in mind that you get what you pay for and , like anything of value, you need to take care of it.

Great outdoor kitchen replacement but had many parts get replaced under warranty in the first few months. The griddle accessory is great but I wish the sear burner was on the opposite side. I leave the griddle in place and never use the sear burner unfortunately. The handle was broken in shipping and the paint is chipping off the cook box. Not what I expect for an expensive grill.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
