Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.
Taller, Bolder Grill Lid
Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. It seems like a small detail, but it's just one more way the next generation of Weber GENESIS grills improve your outdoor cooking experience.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with a href={pathFor action='category' id='24149'}>WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! The WEBER CRAFTED frame and grillware are sold separately, so do not forget to add them to your purchase if you want to wield virtually limitless culinary power in your backyard.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.
Longer Warranty
Any Weber warranty, coupled with the company's outstanding track record of customer service, brings major peace of mind for backyard grillers. That said, Weber extended their limited warranty to 12 years on the new GENESIS grills, as opposed to a 10-year period for Genesis II. Now THAT's peace of mind!

Electric thermostat unnecessary. Hard to control temperature with this model. If outside plug not working, no way to know how hot grill temp is. I also have the original Weber Grill, and it is still their best model.

Thank you for your feedback! We appreciate that you have been a long-time Weber fan and that you chose to stay with us for your newest grill purchase. We are sorry to hear that you are not totally satisfied with your grill, but we are here to help you get the most from the new features on your grill. Smart grilling technology keeps you connected to your grill and food no matter where you are. Whether prepping in the kitchen or visiting with guests in the backyard, one glance at your smartphone gives you the peace of mind that your food is under control. It also works with the Weber Connect App to act as a virtual grilling assistant. Regarding the difficulty you are having controlling the temperature of your grill, we would like to know more about your experience. New grills tend to run hotter at first, so you may need to use the grill with the burners on a lower setting than expected. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please look for an email from our Support team soon. Thank you again for being a part of the Weber family!
Love it for the most part. Was concerned with the number of burned compared to my old grill. But you can cook evenly on every inch of the grate and I've tried it. The only negative is it seems to be more susceptible to wind with sides being more open. So I have to move it around a bit depending on wind. But I can live with that if it holds up as well as I expect it will.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Genesis E-325s! We are excited to hear you love the grill! It takes a bit of a learning curve to learn a new grill. Be sure to take advantage of our recipes and grilling tips on Weber.com. Over time, it will get easier to learn the timing and temperatures of the grill to get the best results. As you stated, during windy conditions it is beneficial to rotate the grill 90 degrees to block the wind. Our Support team is reaching out to follow up. Thank you for being a Weber fan!
The grill does not get as hot as I had hoped. It takes a long time to heat up.

We appreciate your feedback. Thank you for letting us know about the issue you are experiencing. We apologize for the inconvenience! Your grill should easily reach 500F, which is hot enough to cook and sear. If your grill is not reaching this heat level with the lid closed after 15 minutes, then we recommend some simple troubleshooting. 1.) Please check your LP tank's nozzle connection to ensure it is clean and clear of damage. Then perform a soapy-water leak test to rule out a gas leak. Your grill will limit gas flow if it senses a leak. 2.) Please make sure you consider "High" on your control knobs to be the first spot to your left (the 9:00 position). The further you go to the right the lower the temperature will be and all the way to the right is low. 3.) Please make sure you're always cooking with the lid down except when flipping the food halfway. The second you open the lid the heat escapes, and you'll need to close it to let the temperature recover. 4.) It sounds like your grill may be in a safety mode known as “bypass." What’s happening is that the regulator thinks there’s a gas leak, so it reduces the pressure. Follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position (including side burner if applicable) Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the first burner to start/high Hit your igniter Turn on all remaining main burners, one by one Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 500-550°F
Great grill. Easy to start and monitor your propane. Easy to clean
Love the cast-iron grates. Cooks evenly. Love the searing burner. I wish it didn't cost so much.
couple really good things, 60/40 grill rack makes easy to replace smoke box under the grate. the flat lid top really a good thing, prior models had a rounded lid which was not good. the elec part, not so big on that. do not like that grill lid does not have a temp guage. ooh, did not notice that when i bought it. i will install temp guage. cooks excellent, can tell no diff between cast iron and stainless steal grates. the heavier guage stainless grate seems equally as well. quality of workmanship on assembly is not good. seams do not line up, had to tighten screws & generally tighten it up. still, very pleased with this, my 5th weber so i know the product line.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a long-time Weber fan. We are always excited to hear from a fan who has been using our products for many years! It is exciting to learn that you are enjoying the new Weber CRAFTED cooking grates. We hope they will inspire you to explore the endless possibilities for grilling, smoking, and more. We understand your concern with the lid thermometer being moved to your grill's Smart Hub. The ambient temperature probe inside your grill will provide an accurate reading and allows you to monitor your grill's internal temperature remotely or at the grill. We are sorry to hear that your grill's assembly was not up to the standard that we expect. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We would like to know more about your experience. Please look for an email outreach from us soon. Thank you!
I have had a weber grill for over 30 years, had to replace it this year. Never an issue . Lots of cooking area and options for warming. Will not buy another manufacturer.
Overpriced piece of junk. Door wont stay latched and have had to replace 2 meat sensors already. Huge disappointment. Rust showing up after 1 month. Weber is not what it used to be.

We appreciate your feedback. Please accept our apologies for the disappointing experience you have had with your grill so far. It is important to us that your grill works properly and looks beautiful now and in the future. When an unexpected issue occurs, our grillers can feel confident that Weber will make things right. All of our grills are covered by an outstanding manufacturer's warranty along with the support of the Weber Consumer Care team. Some environmental factors like salty air or nearby pool chemicals can accelerate corrosion on your grill's exterior. Weekly washing and drying of your grill's exterior are recommended to remove corrosive build-up. For rust on any stainless steel surface, we recommend cleaning and treating the rust with a product like Bar Keeper's Friend, then finishing with a stainless-steel polish. We look forward to helping you soon. Please look for an email outreach from our team. Thank you for your patience and for being a Weber fan!
The product quality is outstanding and it cooks better than any other lp grill I've used.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
