Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.

The grill meets my high expectation. If anything I would have added accessories to the order, since I purchased them at retail soon after. The Weber agent did an excellent job putting it together.

I have had continuing issues with the ignition switch. It only works for one burner and the sear burner. This is very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. We are surprised and sorry to hear about the issue you are having with your igniter. It sounds like a little bit of troubleshooting could solve your issue. We recommend checking that the igniter electrodes at the top of your burners are parallel to the burner tube. This will allow the right amount of gas to collect underneath for ignition. If that does not solve the issue, please try unplugging each wire at the igniter module and then re-connecting them again to ensure they are seated all the way. We appreciate your patience. We bought this grill as a birthday gift. We spent 4.5 hours assembling it and found some extra parts that were unexplained in the directions. We were impressed with the searing feature and got great results from our first use. I like the evenness of the heat and how you can control the temperature to suit the type of foods that are cooking simultaneously. The side burner is great and allows you to get multiple items cooked and done together.

I like everything about the grill except the situation of the propane tank. Connection is very awkward and it is impossible to hang the tank on the scale due to its placement

I love the grill, but for some reason, the second burner from the left doesn't like to light until and unless one of the other burners on the right is ignited. Not sure what the problem is, and I am just working around it. Otherwise, I love the new flame system and the pull out "drawer" for cleaning out the grease - a fantastic feature!

So far excellent. The only reason 4 stars is will it last like my previous Weber grills. Most all grills cook but very few last like a Weber. Check back in 5 years

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
