Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.
Taller, Bolder Grill Lid
Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. It seems like a small detail, but it's just one more way the next generation of Weber GENESIS grills improve your outdoor cooking experience.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with a href={pathFor action='category' id='24149'}>WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! The WEBER CRAFTED frame and grillware are sold separately, so do not forget to add them to your purchase if you want to wield virtually limitless culinary power in your backyard.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.
Longer Warranty
Any Weber warranty, coupled with the company's outstanding track record of customer service, brings major peace of mind for backyard grillers. That said, Weber extended their limited warranty to 12 years on the new GENESIS grills, as opposed to a 10-year period for Genesis II. Now THAT's peace of mind!

Customer Reviews
We purchased this grill about a month ago. Love the design and functionality of the grill. Plenty of space for grilling chicken and steaks at the same time. We had problems with the ignition switch after delivery. There was some frustration and back and forth with weber and ACE to resolve the issue. My Husband did some problem solving, taking apart the switch, tightening the wires and so far the switch has been working properly. Customer Service at Weber has been great. After posting my initial review they reached out immediately to help and offer assistance. They have made it clear if my ignition switch causes future problems that they will help and get us a new part. Weber went as far as sending us a some complimentary grill tools for our initial difficulties with our new grill.

I purchase this for Fathers Day nd love this grill. well all of Weber Grills!!!
Just a different level if grilling. So glad I upgraded.
The Genesis E-325s gas grill has exceeded my expectations. It provides the high heat necessadry to grill a good steak. It also has plenty of working room.
Purchased from a local dealer. Assembled it myself. Paper instructions were missing a few things making it a bit confusing. Not sure who wrote them or figured out how to label the boxes but it would say for instance start with box K then A, rather than go in alphabet order. It would make much more sense to be in order so you could line them all up correct before starting assembly. The stainless side tables come with clear protective vinyl you have to remove. I don't know why they bothered since they clearly hand cut the clear wrap right on the stainless leaving a knife mark all around the perimeter. I would rather have light scratches from shipping than deep knife marks. Once assembled and you look past the cosmetic issue this grill is a very nice replacement for my 15 year old Weber Spirit. I was confident in my purchase since after 15 years of sitting in the rain and moving 4 times it was still working and looking good. So onto performance. I really like the digital gauge. It seemed a little wonky at first but I paired it to my phone by Bluetooth, then connected Wi-Fi. It did an update then it was smooth sailing. Side note the grill electronics have a 120v plug in. Super heavy gauge cord included. It's heavy enough to assume this is an electric grill. I have not used it for anything other than tracking temperature and letting me know when it reached desired temp. It will alert your phone when it hits temp if an alarm is set. I assume it's the same deal when using the probes but I have not utilized that yet. The grill gets hot when you have all the burners on high. I hit about 725. Once preheated if you have all burners on low it will idle about 400. So to get below 400 you will need to go down to one or two burners. Heat is really even when all burners are on. Iron grates sear nicely. Don't forget to season them. I used crispbee puck. I like the idea of craft options. I would like to get the flat top but it is not yet available. I so far have seared and barbecued several tofu steaks, New York's, burgers, and hot dogs. The upper rack size is awesome. You can heat quite a few buns at the same time. I did a cedar plank salmon and the heat control was great. The side burner was really convenient for boiling a pot of water for cooking a couple crabs. It seemed to hot cooking a can of beans in a small saucepan. The burner just does not go down to a low simmer.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the suggestions you have and we will make sure that they are brought to the appropriate teams here at Weber. We want the grill assembly to be simple and straightforward, and we are sorry that this was not your experience. In addition to the paper instructions, we support our grill assembly with step-by-step, 3D directions via the BILT app. We take extra care to design the packaging of our grills so they will arrive in the same beautiful condition as the day they left the assembly line. It is rare for imperfections to be missed, but in the event that your grill arrives with a damaged or defective part, we are here to support you. All of our grills carry a generous warranty that is backed by Weber's first-class Support team. We are sorry to learn that your side tables arrived scratched! We will make things right for you. New grills tend to run hotter because the interior is extra-reflective. As you mentioned, you may need to reduce the burners to a lower setting or turn one off completely to achieve lower temperatures at first. The side-burner is designed to withstand strong winds and burns higher than the burners found on an indoor range. We want to help you get the best experience from your grill. Please look for our follow-up email outreach. We look forward to helping you soon. Thanks for being a Weber fan!
Paying up for a smart grill is not worth it. I've had the grill for roughly 1-2 months and already had electrical issues. Weber customer service was very helpful, but their engineering department incorrectly identified the problem which resulted in them sending me the wrong part twice. In total, it took roughly 3 weeks to resolve. I would return this grill if I could and buy something without the smart features. This grill is great outside of the smart features.

The grill does more than I expected. I am very satisfied
Wrote a review that was glowing and positive (5-star), but mentioned a small problem with a door and concerns about a tight fitting cover. Was not seeking remedy, and am still more than satisfied with our new grill purchase. However, Weber's customer satisfaction team contacted me with intentions to make EVERYTHING right. They sent me a new door and a new grill cover--voluntarily, unexpectedly, and generously. Their service rep Emily was friendly, responsive, and professional. Wow! Thought that kind of service was no longer possible. Now we are even more impressed with Weber's 100% satisfaction approach!

Great grill. Even down to the wheels everything works well. The only negative I have seen is the location of the serial number. You must get on your hands and knees, stick you head inside the grill housing and then look to your right to see it. Of course this took several times to get all of the letters and numbers correct. Someone did not think this through.

We appreciate your kind feedback, thank you for being a Weber fan! We put a lot of love into your grill's design and we are excited to know that you are enjoying it! We understand that you had some difficulty viewing the serial number underneath your grill. The serial number sticker is located in an area that protects it from damage. The serial number is also located on a sticker on the back of your Grill Owner's Guide for your convenience. We apologize for any confusion or frustration you experienced while searching below your grill. You can also create a Weber ID to view your grill's registration information, including the serial number. Our Support team can always assist you with finding this information once the grill is registered, too. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please look for an email outreach soon. Thank you!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.

30-Day Returns
Return all new, unused, and unassembled items in their original packaging, and we'll give you a full refund minus the cost of the original AND return shipping.
