Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.
Taller, Bolder Grill Lid
Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. It seems like a small detail, but it's just one more way the next generation of Weber GENESIS grills improve your outdoor cooking experience.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with a href={pathFor action='category' id='24149'}>WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! The WEBER CRAFTED frame and grillware are sold separately, so do not forget to add them to your purchase if you want to wield virtually limitless culinary power in your backyard.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.
Longer Warranty
Any Weber warranty, coupled with the company's outstanding track record of customer service, brings major peace of mind for backyard grillers. That said, Weber extended their limited warranty to 12 years on the new GENESIS grills, as opposed to a 10-year period for Genesis II. Now THAT's peace of mind!

Customer Reviews
I received my grill 1.5 months ago. Halfway through assembling the grill the holes for the screws stopped aligning, making it impossible to finishing assembling the grill. I have been in touch with customer service many times, had a new part sent, and yet the problem remains. The summer is halfway over and I still do not have a grill I can use. I regret purchasing this grill at this point.

We won't rest until you are happily grilling. Thank you!
Well made, easy to assemble, and great even heating. I used it every day the first week it arrived, and it performed excellently.
I bought this replacing a 20 year old Weber Genesis Silver B. So far so good, looks nice, having covered storage is good. You'll want to get stainless cleaner. Still getting used to this grill and may update review later, but love it so far with stainless bar cooking surface and tool hangers on both sides of grill. Cons -Assembly is not that easy, need to organize parts and bags (which both use the same letters to identify boxes/bags/parts). I used the book and an online 3d App on my phone. Got easier as I progressed in assembly as less parts to sort through. -Had an issue with 1 igniter not working (each burner has its own igniter). Found out that 1 igniter which is attached to the burner was slightly out of position causing electrode to touch the burner (needs to have a small gap to work). I was able to look at other igniters and reposition to match. You can tell if it works as when you push the igniter button you can see a small "spark" when looking at the igniter near the burner. - clear plastic covering the stainless surfaces did leave some residue. Cleaned off easily with the stainless cleaner though Pros - Customer Service. I called them about my igniter issue - good clear communication and they sent a replacement igniter promptly (which I ended up not needing as when I disassembled to replaced igniter, I noted issue I described in cons) - Weber Quality My previous gas Weber lasted over 20 years with some maintenance. I did replace the igniter 2x and burners once (after 15 years). I also upgraded the flavorizer bars and cooking grates to stainless steel (original parts corroded over time). Much more durable than previous grills I use to buy and replace every few years - Parts Availability

Great grill except for one thing- you provide magnetic catches, but the doors are stainless steel and won't stay closed. Pretty disappointed to pay that much money for a grill and have to keep the doors closed with a bungee cord. Will be willing to revise my star rating if you have a solution and it doesn't take too long to solve.

Amazing grill! Have not had a bad meal off this grill yet. The app is amazing and the streaks on the first night were perfect.
The best Grill I have ever used !! The best Weber customer service I ever experienced !! Hands down !!
Wow what a grill! I love all the accessorie options. Well worth the money.
The grill is pretty great. Upgrade from my 2008 Genesis. Technology and mechanics much improved from my earlier model. I'm enjoying the sear zone for the versatility it gives me not only on the cooking surface but for overall heat in the grill box. Even though this was an update/upgrade from my old grill, I had some basic questions that needed answering. I'd gotten some bad tips from the grill delivery/set-up folks from the store where I bought the grill. I called Weber but didn't get the answers I needed. But then I had a great follow-up experience with an agent via email. She did a terrific job and gave me specific and helpful answers to my questions. The back-and-forth communication with Emily has renewed my confidence in Weber's expertise and support. She was clear and to the point in all our communication and empathetic to my issues and concerns. Can't ask for better customer service than that. That's one of the reasons I wanted a new Weber. Thanks!

Amazing grill very nice fit and finish and cooks excellent warms up very fast. Only thing missing is the griddle for this model hopefully they will make it soon.
Extremely high quality. A little inconvenient to have to plug it in to use the electronic ignition but it performs flawlessly. Typically the manual igniters are the first thing to go on other grills. The "sear zone" is a flame thrower. Sear steaks and then shut down the grill to finish your cooking. Haven't used the meat sensor yet, it I'm sure it will be of equal high quality.

Thank you for your feedback. We are thrilled to learn that you love your new grill. Your electronic ignition system is powered by a AA battery located in the igniter module. Your grill can be lit without being plugged into a power outlet. Your Weber Connect Smart Hub is powered through the power cord or via an optional rechargeable, USB-Certified power bank. We hope you make many delicious meals and happy memories with your new grill. Thanks for being a Weber fan!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
