Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. Upgraded Caster Wheels

We recently had natural gas brought to our home. Now that I had the opportunity to use natural gas, I decided to replace our perfectly good older Genesis with this model. WOW! I couldn't be more pleased. It has to be the most nearly perfect gas grille on the market and the quality is outstanding.

We purchased this Weber Genesis grill as a replacement for our last Weber Genesis, which lasted 16 years (and could have lasted longer with igniter and gas line replacement). So far it is working perfectly, with consistent interior temperatures and no obvious hot spots on the grill surface. The larger work areas and interior gas cylinder storage are welcome upgrades. It is stylish, heavy (a necessity for our windy locale) and solid in construction. We hope this one lasts another 16 years.

I've been a Weber owner for many many years. Because we moved to a new home we needed a new Weber. My Genesis S-325s does NOT have an easily accessible "hole" to light the grill just in case the automatic lighting mechanism fails. Rather there is a side emergency method that is not accessible. Additionally, I can not see the flames upon ignition. I also very much miss my former grill grids that were porcelain-enamel Cast Iron, this new one comes with stainless steel grids

This cutout allows you to easily see your burners as well as access and light the burners manually (if necessary). Your grill's stainless steel grates are designed to provide outstanding performance and longevity. Really need to opt for a battery option that's chargeable, rather than need to plug in. For the price of the grill, I would expect that alternative to what's present. Yes I'm aware than an external power source can be used, but I would envision a better option being something that can natively hold a charge so I'm not trying to figure out a power source in addition to my NG line

So, I gave away my old propane grill as I had purchased a high end Pellet grill. After a few cooks on the pellet grill, I decided I also wanted a propane grill back into my line up of grills. I love the pellet grill for pork shoulders, ribs, steaks, etc..but not so much for just hot dogs, burgers, fish, etc. So, I bought this EX-335...This by far is the best propane grill I've ever owned. It was easy to assemble and find the app very helpful to monitor fuel level, grill and probe temperature. Family loves the sear function (I bought the sear grates too) and how the burgers are done to perfection. However, I had a slightly damaged lid. Just a few dings...I alerted Weber, and Customer Service reached out and made things RIGHT. Very impressed with their commitment, and how they stand behind their products. Not sure, but I had originally wrote a review a month or so ago and Weber published it (with pictures attached). My original review is no where to be found now...Maybe after Weber resolves issues, they remove a lower than 5 star rating. In any event, I would highly recommend this grill (get the sear grates too). You will not be disappointed and hopefully very pleased with it. Weber/Customer Service -thank you for making this the best grill I've ever owned and look forward to years of use..

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
