Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.
Taller, Bolder Grill Lid
Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. It seems like a small detail, but it's just one more way the next generation of Weber GENESIS grills improve your outdoor cooking experience.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with a href={pathFor action='category' id='24149'}>WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! The WEBER CRAFTED frame and grillware are sold separately, so do not forget to add them to your purchase if you want to wield virtually limitless culinary power in your backyard.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.
Longer Warranty
Any Weber warranty, coupled with the company's outstanding track record of customer service, brings major peace of mind for backyard grillers. That said, Weber extended their limited warranty to 12 years on the new GENESIS grills, as opposed to a 10-year period for Genesis II. Now THAT's peace of mind!

Customer Reviews
I bought the GENESIS E-325 last month to move up to the top end, high quality grill manufacturer. I've used it twice so far and am very, very pleased. The electric ignition has worked every time; the parts are relatively easy to clean; the quality shines through. I also like the option but not requirement to use the Sear Zone; I used it for steaks but not for fish.
Excellent grill but... while the Bluetooth themometer is nice the addition of a standard themometer mounted on the lid would be very beneficial.

Congratulations on your new Genesis E-325s grill. We are sorry to hear about the disappointment with the sear station, that's not the experience we want our loyal Weber fans to have. The sear zone is a new feature we have on the Genesis line, it is our largest and hottest sear zone and it allows you to grill multiple, perfectly seared steaks at once. A sear zone is basically three burners that are closer together than the other burners on the grill. What this does is create a zone on the grill that can get hotter much faster than other areas, which is great for speeding up the time it takes to get the grates hot enough for searing. Below are helpful steps you can follow: 1. Turn on the grill's main burners and set them on high heat. 2. Turn the sear zone knob to the "ON" position. 3. Preheat your grill for 15 minutes. 4. After preheating, leave the sear burner control knob and the burner knobs to either side on high. The remaining burner(s) can be turned off or low. 5. Once searing is complete, the meat can be moved over to moderate heat and cooked to your desired doneness. A few things to keep in mind. First, the amount of time you use the sear zone depends on the type of meat, its thickness, and your cooking method (approximately 60-90 seconds for quality sear marks). Secondly, you always want to cook with the lid closed when searing. That helps achieve the maximum heat and avoids flare-ups. Our Support team would like to follow up with you. Please be on the lookout for an email, thank you!
I recently replaced my 20 year old Weber gas grill with this one and I am very pleased with my purchase. I expect to have this a long, long time. Grilled our favorite tenderloin & garlic tomato dinner last night and I commented to my wife how much I like my new grill!

This is a rugged, durable grill with a robust stainless steel grate and nice adjustable upper rack. It starts quickly, heats up quickly and I've even baked bread in it!
Excellent product!!! This is the best Grill I have ever bought.... I am re-learning "how to grill" because this grill puts out so much heat... I love it!!!!
Compared with my old (2005) Genesis Silver, it's a big upgrade in every feature that I've experienced so far. I especially like how it holds heat in windy or chilly weather, which makes it's results much more consistent. I also like that it has more powerful burners, the sear station with the optional searing grate, and the expanded upper tier rack, which is especially good for cooking corn on the cob or heating buns. One disappointment is that I can't get the special smoker box which only comes with the S 330 I A. I would have bought that grill, but I want the stainless steel lid and doors because my grill will live outside. I also wish the S 335 would have been available without the side burner, which I'll probably never use.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
