Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. Upgraded Caster Wheels

Really nice unit. The sear zone works awesome, Bluetooth is flawless. I do wish the side burner was able to put out less heat when on low. I like how nothing sticks to the grill grates.

I love the Genesis. I bought this one to replace a 12 year old Genesis. I have only used it twice, but already love the new features. It is a great grill.

It'sa very nice grill. It cooks great. Temperature is easy to adjust. Having two meat thermometers is great. It works with Wi-Fi for grill temp and probe temp. It's heavy duty for sure.

I've had the grill just shy of a month but so far it is great. Even heat across the surface, the Weber connect app makes it easy to not overcook items. I like to be social while I grill and sometimes I used to forget to check things....No longer. The app alerts me when to flip items and the temp probe helps keep me focused on cooking items to the right internal temp levels we like. Steaks, burgers and chicken have all been great!

My kids bought me a new E -325 (Natural Gas) for Fathers Day, replacing my old Weber which heated to 700. The new one barely makes it over 300, and it takes a half hour to make a burger. I can't return it, so I'm stuck with it. Any advice?

We are sorry to learn that your grill is not getting up to the regular high temperatures that we expect to see. In most cases of a natural gas grill not getting hot enough, there is an issue with the gas connection/gas pressure. This is usually related to the hardware connection between your grill's quick-disconnect tip and the gas line from your home. We are here to help troubleshoot your connection! It looks like a really nice grill. However, it was missing key parts (ignition wires and part of frame). So now I wait for Weber to slowly ship what should have been in the original box. One day I'll use it.

There is a reason that virtually ever company including Consumer's Report has rated this the best grill on the market. I have been using Weber grills my entire life starting with the charcoal grills and must say that this grill surpasses every grill out there. The capabilities of this grill exceed my abilities; however, this grill has inspired me to improve as a cook. it has excellent features and is built like a tank. My suggestion is to step up to the plate and purchase this grill. One more thing, their Customer Service is second to none.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
