Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.
Taller, Bolder Grill Lid
Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. It seems like a small detail, but it's just one more way the next generation of Weber GENESIS grills improve your outdoor cooking experience.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with a href={pathFor action='category' id='24149'}>WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! The WEBER CRAFTED frame and grillware are sold separately, so do not forget to add them to your purchase if you want to wield virtually limitless culinary power in your backyard.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.
Longer Warranty
Any Weber warranty, coupled with the company's outstanding track record of customer service, brings major peace of mind for backyard grillers. That said, Weber extended their limited warranty to 12 years on the new GENESIS grills, as opposed to a 10-year period for Genesis II. Now THAT's peace of mind!

The knobs are made of plastic! I expect plastic knobs on a lower priced grill. You really need to up the quality of those knobs.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the knobs. We expect our knobs to be durable and long lasting. The grill comes with a generous warranty and we will always stand behind our products. Your feedback is very important to us. Our Support team will be reaching out to follow up. Thank you!
This grill replaced my 10 year old Spirit model. I am so happy I splurged for the new Genesis. I love the sear burner although be warned - it cooks food fast so you really have to watch the food. I would not use it for thinner cuts of meat, chicken or fish. It did great on steak & pork loin. I love the downward angle on the grease tray to get rid of grease faster. I have had zero grease flareups so far. I have owned this grill for over a month & have cooked with it at least 25 times. It cooks the food a lot faster than my old Spirit. Love that is has 4 wheels & 2 that lock. I am sold on Weber & will always buy a Weber when I need a grill. Like the gas tank goes inside & that is has a cabinet. Cons: wish the lower end model had the grill lights. The handle does get hot when it did not on my Spirit. Bottom Line: I highly recommend this grill & am glad I bought it.
I bought this grill as a surprise birthday gift for my husband. Putting it together has turned out to be a total headache. He only got to step 3 before realizing the hole drilled in the left hand side panel did not align properly (1st picture). Fine, he called Weber and they sent a replacement part out. We get the replacement side panel, and it's completely busted up (2nd picture). Please note that this was the only item in the box, so that means someone saw that it was busted up, and packaged it and sent it anyway. The box it came in looked fine, it was not damaged in any way, so it had to have been damaged before it was sent. It even had special packaging to protect the corners, so someone had to put the wrapping around the messed up corner. It's almost a cruel joke, I have no idea how someone could see this panel with this much damage and think it was fine to send. It makes absolutely zero sense. I'm so disappointed, what I thought would be a fun surprise has turned out to be a nightmare. We've decided to completely give up on Weber products, so now we're back to square one to figure out what grill to buy. I'm incredibly unhappy.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing a Weber grill! We are sorry to learn that you are having difficulty with the assembly and damaged parts. We would like to help you get this resolved quickly. Please look for an email outreach from our Support team soon. Thank you!
My initial impressions of the the EPX-335 Grill are very positive. We did have some delays in getting due to shipping damage but that was resolved quickly by my dealer. The grill is solidly built and I do really enjoy the advanced features. Being able to monitor temperature from my phone is a very handy and the lighted knobs and handle are a nice touch. I've already picked up the pizza stone to use with the Crafted system but have not tried it yet. The only small annoyance I have is that the leftmost burner control knob is misaligned, not sure if it was an assembly issue or a manufacturing defect, it does function perfectly fine.

Love the grill, high quality, do most of my cooking on it.

We used a Weber grill for over 30 years that we inherited from my parents in the late 1980s. It eventually needed some replacement parts, so we decided to give it to a friend that likes to fix old things. We replaced it with a pellet smoker/grill. We've been using that the past 6 years. We like the smoker cycle, but the grilling cycle takes about 15 minutes to get to BBQ temperatures. Recently we met a neighbor that has a Weber grill that uses Natural Gas - we did not know those existed. So, we promptly ordered a Weber Genesis grill with the Natural Gas option. The grill not only heats up quickly, but the temperature is very controllable. The spacing of the 3 burners is perfect for either a consistent temperature of the whole grill or having a hot, medium, and low areas. We still like the pellet smoker/grill for smoking, but we also ordered the Weber smoker box for this grill. We haven't used it yet but the reviews on it are very good. We also like the remove WiFi monitoring of the grill.

Thank you for your feedback on the Genesis E-325s! We apologize for the igniter not working properly, that is not the experience we want our loyal Weber fans to have. We would like to help put your mind at ease. We are looking into what caused this matter so we can provide further assistance, our support team would like to follow up with you. Please be on the lookout for an email, thank you!
I purchased this grill a couple of months ago. This is my 2nd Genesis so I knew what I was getting. However, as I posted in my initial review, I experienced a leak whenever I opened my propane tank. I didn't open an issue with customer support, and yet someone with Weber saw my review and reached out to me. She provided excellent assistance (with pictures), and I was able to confirm the problem with the tank itself and not the grill. When I swapped the tank for another, no more leak. While I love the grill itself, I want to specifically commend the support I received; *proactive* support, that I didn't even have to contact Weber. That's simply amazing.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
