Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. Upgraded Caster Wheels

These electric versions take some getting used to. Really wish they still put a temp dial on the hood so you don't HAVE to plug it in every time. I would not recommend this model for Weber purists.

The first two times that I tried to use my weber - it was not really lighting Now it seems to be working ok Is the side of the BBQ supposed to be open - has one panel but open above that panel? is this normal?

We appreciate your feedback, thank you! We understand your concern with the USB power bank drawing power even after the controller had been powered off. This is a design feature that is meant to allow your USB power bank to be used as a backup in the event that your grill loses power from the main outlet. To turn the Weber Connect Smart controller display off, hold down the check button for 3 seconds until it beeps. We recommend always unplugging the power source, whether it be a rechargeable power bank or the main power cord (or both), after you finish using your grill. These components should be stored indoors. If you need to preserve power from your power bank while it is plugged in, try powering down the power bank itself. Grill is overall good. However the "smart" aspect is a hassle. It's difficult for it to stay connected to the Wi-Fi. Also all it does for standard grilling is give the temperature and the fuel remaining which could have been done with a simple mechanical thermometer and a tank gauge. I was anticipating it controlling the temperature. As a result, to power it you have to run and extension cord or use a battery. I use a battery but have to keep it charged. Also it would have been nice if Weber could offer a battery as an accessory. I like the way it cooks but should have bought a cheaper "dumb" version.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
