Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.
Taller, Bolder Grill Lid
Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. It seems like a small detail, but it's just one more way the next generation of Weber GENESIS grills improve your outdoor cooking experience.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with a href={pathFor action='category' id='24149'}>WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! The WEBER CRAFTED frame and grillware are sold separately, so do not forget to add them to your purchase if you want to wield virtually limitless culinary power in your backyard.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.
Longer Warranty
Any Weber warranty, coupled with the company's outstanding track record of customer service, brings major peace of mind for backyard grillers. That said, Weber extended their limited warranty to 12 years on the new GENESIS grills, as opposed to a 10-year period for Genesis II. Now THAT's peace of mind!

I really like this grill. It is an upgrade from my last weber. What I don't like is the clunkiness of hooking up the power to run the display. I have yet to figure out how to turn it off. So when I'm running on a power pack, the battery drains. If you don't have that feature, it's not a problem. I did have a problem with the quick connect for my natural gas. I called Weber and they automatically sent me a new one.

We appreciate your feedback, thank you! We understand your concern with the USB power bank drawing power even after the controller had been powered off. This is a design feature that is meant to allow your USB power bank to be used as a backup in the event that your grill loses power from the main outlet. To turn the Weber Connect Smart controller display off, hold down the check button for 3 seconds until it beeps. We recommend always unplugging the power source, whether it be a rechargeable power bank or the main power cord (or both) after you finish using your grill. These components should be stored indoors. If you need to preserve power from your power bank while it is plugged in, try powering down the power bank itself. Our Care team is following up via email now. Thank you again for being part of the Weber family!
Solid build, no shipping damage, easy assembly. Even heating, Sear station works great. I'm in my 70s and this is the best grill I have owned.

I believe this is the current/updated version of our grill that we bought 18 years ago. That one has held up well and we are giving it to our kids. The only negative thing is that the push button starter gave out very early on on the old one and we are anticipating the same thing to happen to the new one. It's not a huge deal but annoying considering how much we paid for the BBQ! But we love the grill. It grills hotter so we are having to adjust.

Please look for an email outreach from our Care team soon. Thank you!
This grill is terrific, it cooks well and easy to clean. Add a smoker tube and you have the very best of wood and gas. Why four stars? Two of the igniter wires failed shortly after purchase. When I contacted service they sent, after careful explanation on my part, the wrong two wires. They also sent each wire in an individual package along with many pages of repair instructions, most of which were unnecessary in their directing a near breakdown of the grill. All that was required was to remove the knobs and take off the front panel. While I had the grill apart I noted that the failed wires were in direct with a heat source (probable reason for failure). A second contact got the correct wires overnight-ed, and, I rerouted them away from direct heat contact. I also find that the cabinet has started to rust near the edges. This may not be completely Weber's fault considering I live very near salt water. I would also recommend that the side panels be able to be folded down to decrease the footprint when they are not needed.

We wish we could pair at least 2 smart devices (IPhone/IPad) to the grill Smart unit! We like the "sear" burner addition! As always, the Weber grill has been our "go to" grill for over 30 years!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
