The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. I have been extremely happy with everything about my grill. I even love using my wok and griddle. The fire is hot where I need it. No hot spots. Food always come out perfect. My only issue is I have seen the newer version of my grill that has battery operated lights IN the handle that have the batteries IN the handle and LED lights that shine down on grill surface when the lid is open. Not the light mounted ONTO the handle. I wish someone could tell me I could swap out my handle for this one with the light in it. Other than that, this grill is a perfect 10!!

We love our new Weber Genesis grill. We wanted a natural gas grill so we never have to worry about having enough propane or charcoal. The grill comes very well-packed and assembly was trouble-free. I was able to spread everything out in the garage and assembled the grill by myself in a few hours. I also downloaded the BILT app for additional assembly details. The gas company came out to connect the grill to our natural gas line. Now we're all set and "cookin' with gas"!

Absolutely love this. Set up was incredibly easy. Connecting the bluetooth and wifi were so simple. It works great. The first time I used it was for Thanksgiving and I roasted a Pork Crown Roast. With the probe inserted in the the Roast I knew exactly when to take it off the grill. It was perfect. The sear zone cooks an Ahi Tuna steak, rare in the middle, seared on the outside, in 30 seconds per side.

I purchased this grill to replace my old gas Weber grill (which was still working great but showing its age). This grill came with very detailed step by step instructions (when using the Built app); it does take some time to assemble so bring your patience. It was well packaged and no items were damaged; however, there is a protective film on some of the stainless parts which was trimmed by a machine, but mine was slightly cut too deep and there are lines in the stainless steel from the cutting process. It's not a big deal and I am probably the only person who notices it. I have had the grill for a few months and it's worked as expected without any surprises. I did have some questions which I sent to Weber and their customer service was very quick to respond (same day or next day). Overall I'm very satisfied with the grill. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was there's a plastic red bezel behind the knobs which is translucent and it has a backlight to illuminate it, but only on certain models (not this one). I would have preferred the bezel not be translucent if this grill can't light it up. It just looks like it's missing something or that there's a part of the grill not working. Also note that there is only the digital temperature gauge on this model.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
