Upgraded Sear Zone, Prep & Serve Table, & More
Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.
Updated Control Panel: Cleaner Look, Better Precision
Looks aren't everything, but they sure help. The newly designed Weber GENESIS E-325s gas grill sports a revamped control panel, starting with a slight angle for modern aesthetics and ease of use. The burner knobs follow suit, swapping the plastic construction from Weber Genesis II for metallicized knobs that lend a premium feel, not to mention greater durability. As a bonus, each knob is notched with small-spaced tick marks for more precise flame control. That brings us to the T-bar handle, which is shaped for easy gripping, opening, and closing from any angle. And speaking of angles, the T-handles 90-degree corners enhance the modern look of Weber GENESIS gas grills.
Taller, Bolder Grill Lid
Weber increased the height of these grill lids, a welcome change that goes beyond pure aesthetics. New GENESIS grills can fit rotisseries up to 10 in diameter without removing the top grate. It seems like a small detail, but it's just one more way the next generation of Weber GENESIS grills improve your outdoor cooking experience.
The Ultimate Versatility of WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
At this point, it would be fair to wonder if there was anything the Weber GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill is incapable of doing. Well, we have some big news on that front: compatibility with a href={pathFor action='category' id='24149'}>WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware allows you to cook food never thought possible on a gas grill. Roast, bake, sear, steam, and even stir-fry by simply replacing the standard grate with any of the custom-fit grillware! The WEBER CRAFTED frame and grillware are sold separately, so do not forget to add them to your purchase if you want to wield virtually limitless culinary power in your backyard.
Upgraded Caster Wheels
Weber reimagined everything for the new GENESIS grills, all the way down to the wheels. They've been upgraded to metal, rubber tread casters, as opposed to the pair of plastic locking casters on Genesis II grills. The rubber tread guarantees smooth transport, sturdier materials improve longevity, and the push-down lock mechanism lets you secure your grill in place with minimal effort.
Longer Warranty
Any Weber warranty, coupled with the company's outstanding track record of customer service, brings major peace of mind for backyard grillers. That said, Weber extended their limited warranty to 12 years on the new GENESIS grills, as opposed to a 10-year period for Genesis II. Now THAT's peace of mind!

Customer Reviews
This is my third Weber gas grill. Let me just say the grill is great. My issue is with the drain pan. Who ever designed this thing should be fired. I'm not one for leaving bad reviews I usually don't waste my time, but this drain pan design is the worst!!! Every time you move the grill or bump it in any way it falls down into the bottom of the pit and makes a huge mess! That is the only thing I have ever had bad to say about a Weber grill. They are the best grill out there in my mind but this design is horrible. Please change it. I'm sure this grill will last me 13 plus years like my others. But next time I will make sure it's a different system before I buy.

We appreciate your feedback and we apologize for the messy performance of your grease management system! We can help with your drip tray, as it is not normal for it to fall out as you described! It sounds like a replacement part will do the trick, and your grill's warranty has you covered. Our Care team is reaching out now to help! Thanks for your patience and for being a long-time Weber fan.
I just love my new Genesis SX-335 gas grill - BUT - assembly was very difficult. The assembly instructions video was very helpful, however, it was very hard to reach and/or see some of the nuts and bolts. I had to buy a flexible driver for my drill to get to some of them. I'm 81 years old, so that may be part of the problem but I recommend you rethink the assembly process and try to make it easier. The auto-light system worked at first but failed after first use. I suspect I did not route the wiring correctly and a wire burned during first use. I'll look for a long barrel butane lighter and use that. I still highly recommend the Gesessis grill, but try to get it already assembled.

Regarding any future assembly. Keep in mind we have step-by-step, 3D assembly assistance via the BILT app to complement our printed assembly guide and that is a great tool for anyone assembling the grill to use. We are so sorry to hear about the igniter going out. We want to know more about what happened to further assist you. Our Care team will be reaching out to follow up. Please look for our outreach soon. Thank you!
Had the grill less than a year and exploded due to issue with regular. I checked all hoses before use this year so that's all I can think of. Running great for 10 minutes than flame died. Opened the door below to check tank and regulator frosting up and a second later it exploded. Was a new full tank and everything was fine until it wasn't!! Great grill but appears they cut corners where it really mattered.

When we built our home we bought another brand of grill for the patio. It became obvious very quickly that it was a mistake. We always had a Weber grill before.

Grill is working great. Upgrade from my Spirit E Series. Would have given it 5 stars if it also had a temp gauge in the lid too. Don't want to always plug it into power to get the temp. Weber - willing send me a lid with a gauge in it to swap out ?

After 22 yrs with our old Weber grill, it was time to get a new one. This grill is everything we expected from a Weber product. The ease of cooking, cleanup and maintenance is a pleasure. Everything we have cooked on this grill has come out excellent and fast. We will only buy Weber grills and accessories. Trust Weber, you can never go wrong!

I love my new grill! It's also the perfect shade of blue which makes it even better.
Grill was relatively easy to assemble. Cooks great and love the sear feature. The only thing keeping it from a five star is the lack of a hood temperature gauge. (You have to plug it in to use the built in temperature monitor, but I don't always want to have to do that).

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
