Introducing the newly designed GENESIS E-325s natural gas grill that allows you to prep, sear, and serve everything outside, where the party is. The newly designed GENESIS gas grill features our largest and hottest sear zone, with secondary cooking grate so that the main course and sides are all grilled and served at the same time. Once the food is ready, easily transfer it to the large prep & serve table, making for a seamless prep-to-serve grilling experience. The grease management system got a facelift as well: the removable drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless cleanup, with an included scraper just for good measure.

Upgraded Caster Wheels

Great grill for small or large bbq's. This grills has multiple options for any type of grilling you can think of from vegetables, pizzas, smoking, or just normal meat grilling. The multiple attachments and searing zone is great.

Love all the features ... well thought out design. Especially the grease collector stlystem. Heats up quickly. Appears to heat evenly (have not needed most of the cooking surface at one time yet) Have really enjoyed large side tables and enclosed storage area underneath.

This is an excellent grill, like all Weber products, but I was disappointed to realize after it was delivered to our house that the lower sides of the grill are open, and so rain water gets inside the storage compartment below the main grill. Our previous Weber, a Genesis LX II , was completely enclosed. So, with this grill, we have to make sure to cover it as soon as it has cooled after use.

We replaced a 25 year old JennAir grill with a Weber grill. This grill is everything we hoped for. The cooking surface is big enough for our family. It heats quickly, cooks evenly and is easy to use and keep clean.

I bought a Weber EX335, with the wireless temp monitoring feature that is not functioning properly. I have tried working with Weber customer support, with nothing but frustration. The digital display only gives me an 'E10' error code. Firstly, their online support 'robot' just cycles around back to the first question it asks - it's worthless. The second real person I've tried to get help from for the same E10 issue has ordered me a 'digital keychain', which is what the first real person did. How is a third identical part going to make any difference? Also, another issue to mention. The temp gauge display is 'on' when it's plugged into 110 a/c, but does not when I have my battery pack connected. The battery pack is fully charged, works with all my other compatible devices, and appears to meet Weber specs in the operation and/or installation manuals. I've paid more for this grill than I did for my high quality kitchen oven. I wish I just repaired/cleaned up the Weber grill that I just passed on to my niece. I would still have a grill that would work as expected and saved myself $1,600 and a bunch of frustration. I've already felt embarrassed because the sensor wasn't working for our Memorial Day gathering. Now it won't be working for Fathers Day, which also coincides with my birthday. No Happy Fathers/Birth Days for ME!

The design of this grill allows you to take total control over your cooking. The temperature control is even and the searing function puts a nice char on whatever you are grilling. The larger side areas gives you plenty of room also. The wheels are upgraded from my previous Weber.

We got our grill in April. Upon initial assembly we discovered some parts did not fit. We contacted Weber and they sent replacement parts, some of which took a month to deliver. So here we are finally assembled the grill after waiting and upon unpacking the storage side cabinet we found some scratches. We contacted Weber again and now they refuses to help saying that time has past for free replacement pieces. Not only that they don't even believe I'm the owner of the grill anymore since my wife purchased it and it's registered under my name. Crazy right?! I'll never buy anything from Weber ever again!

It's new, of course, but so far everything works well. I've tried indirect cooking using the upper shelf and it was fantastic. Strangely, the grill stayed at over 400° and I had to keep turning the 2 burners down - that was great!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
