I am very happy with my new Weber grill. It heats quickly and maintains a consistent temperature. It is also easy to clean. I especially like the pizza stone and have baked several pizzas on it. I'm glad that I didn't buy a separate pizza oven since the stone does an incredible job.

The lack of documentation of what was included in was horribly inadequate. .Nothing explained as to what was included and why. When I asked what things were for and got a answer that did not even come close to answering my questions.

This grill replaces a similar model I purchased when I built my house in 2016, Hurricane Helene did a number on that one but it still worked, the innards were deteriorating , it still looked perfect, but I decided to replace it with the EP-325 and Weber Cover...the original cover from 2016 was still in place.

This grill is perfect for my needs. I appreciate the easy ignite, push to start. The sear zone works great. Burners heat evenly and grills foods easily. The digital heat thermometer makes it easy to monitor and adjust heat if necessary. Overall a great grill ! Looks and cooks great. I highly recommend.

I like the heat control and styling of this grill. Not so thrilled with access to the gas valve on the bottle. It's a bit close to the heat so trying to turn it off in hurry is tricky.

This is my second Weber grill. It is by far the best grill out there. I have used up several grills over the last 55 years that we have been married. I hope this will be the last grill I have to get. I am in Louisville Ky so I cook year round. Best grills on the market.

My sister and parents bought me this grill for my 50th birthday. I wanted a Weber due to the brand name and longevity of their products. My old grill was four burner, but decided on a three burner with this new one. I also wanted to save my family money since Weber grills are more expensive. This model does not have a side burner and was a little smaller than I expected after assembling it myself. We tested it out for Labor Day weekend. The grill is very powerful and warmed up fast. It was also very efficient in the amount of gas used. I asked my parents to refill a second propane tank, but we didn't end up using it. My sister chose the stealth black color which looks very sleek compared to the standard black. I would recommend this grill to others, but choose the four burner if you have a larger family to cook for.

I love this grill! It's the perfect size for two of us, but has ample grilling space for more. It ignites like a champ, and the fact that the propane tank is right in the cabinet allowing for easy on and off is a real plus. The 'searing zone' is terrific. I can keep an eye on the digital temperature gauge from my kitchen window, another win! The four wheels make it easy to move so that I can clean behind/under it. I replaced an old Weber Q model, with stand, and while it gave us great bbq meals, it had none of these listed features that make this Spirit the perfect unit!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
