Only 10 months old and labels are peeling off the control panel. Weber says not covered. How can you not cover something less than a year old? This is a very expensive grill and Weber says " oh well, too bad"

I love my new E330 Genesis gas grill. I replaced a 25 year-old genesis with this new one. I like the new functionality, including the sear zone. Construction seems as durable as previous models. So far so good..

I got this about two months ago and not happy with this at all very dangerous to light has blown up twice trying to light !!!!!

The quality of my new Weber is well below the quality of my 2006 Weber grill I just replaced. Very disappointed with Weber for reducing the quality of the grill by producing this with lower grade materials. I even have hot and cold spots with the new grill that did not exist with my Weber 2006 grill. I seriously will not consider another Weber purchase after being a Weber grill owner for over 40 years. Disappointed.

This gas grill gives you great control over the temperature. You can cook long and slow or fast and hot. All the components are solid and high quality. The heavy-duty grates give you excellent sear marks.

I ordered this grill a couple days ago and was ready to assemble today. I opened up everything included in the box to shockingly discover that I had no hardware for assembly. So I have some expensive and large paperweights strewn about my house. I called Weber customer service and spoke with a Valentina. She called it strange the parts were missing. No kidding. She did she sort of investigating and said they have to process a limited warranty claim. I wouldn't call this a warranty issue, but fine. The missing hardware bags will be sent and will take 3 - 5 business days. Oh, but wait... there are some pieces of hardware related to the ignition that are out of stock. ETA on a restock is unknown and cannot be quoted. Baffling to me is that Valentina tried to gaslight me and say that this is not Weber's fault. Of course it's Weber's fault. Weber failed to provided the necessary and purchased parts.

Second Webber grill I've owned. First one lasted 14 years. This one looks and performs great as well. Looking forward to the next 14 years with this one.

I recently purchased this gas grill, and I couldn't be happier with it. The grill heats up quickly and evenly making it easy to get a perfect sear on stakes, juicy burgers, and tender chicken every time. The burners provide consistent heat, and I really appreciate how simple it is to control the temperature. Cleanup is also easy thanks to the well-made drip tray. The overall build feels sturdy and durable so I can tell this grill will last for many years. I highly recommend this grill to anyone looking for quality and convenience.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
