This is a nice grill, but I would not say a great grill. It takes a long time to come up to temperature.

This grill replaced a 18 year old Webber grill. The old grill sadly gave up the ghost. I grill rain or shine; all four seasons. Most of the parts on the old grill were original. I didn't want a large grill any more so the new Webber is the right size. It is well made and has improvements over the old one. My only complaint is the backside is open which allows leaves and anything else in the grill.

Just put together 2 days ago, have not used yet but am sure it will be as expected of Weber. Unpacking all the parts took longer than putting the grill together, the amount of cardboard used is amazing, you shouldn't have any shipping damage unless it falls off the back of the truck. Was surprised the instruction manual & owners manual are so sparse, last Weber purchased was very thorough & quite easy to understand, no verbiage at all in instruction manual, just pictures (drawings).

Hello, Let me just start off by saying that this was one of the worst experiences and products I have ever had in my life. I cannot believe I spent over 600 dollars on this product. I had gotten my new grill just before the summer started so that I could use it the whole summer. About a month after I got my new grill, one of the pipes broke and was leaking gas. VERY MUCH A FIRE HAZARD!!! If I had not noticed my house might not be here right now. Anyway I had ordered another part to replace the broken one and that piece was broken too!!! When I asked for a replacement part they said it would take around 3-4 months to ship. I am writing this October 9th 2025 and I had just received the missing part today. I did not get to use my grill once this summer. There are so many other terrible things as well but I cannot talk about it due to the review guidelines. But yeah if you are looking to buy ANY of weber's grills/products, please check if they are safe for use and not broken in any way.

my new ep-325 seems to have a smaller cooking area than my older spirit 3 burner grill and the large space between grates enables food to fall down to the center burner, the grille does start easy and cooks well, I hope it last as long as my old one did, about five years

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
