Weber Grills have always been exceptional in quality and they use parts that don't wear out for years. Plus, when you need to replace anything, Weber has an excellent inventory to choose from.

Great grill but I miss the scale underneath that tells how much gas is left in the tank.

I've been a Weber kettle and Weber Smokey Mountain user for many years and continue to as well. I was an and continue to as well. I was originally looking at the two burner spirit as an alternative to lighting charcoal for quick cooks. I opted for the three burner after learning about the Weber crafted griddle insert because I was interested in griddle cooking also. This gave the the opportunity for more cooking options with the same use of space on my patio. I assembled the grill myself. It took some time. A couples of hours. It took a while to unpack it as it was very well packaged. I've had other Weber products that were similarly packaged. Be prepared to cut the box away. It would also help to have someone nearby to help as some parts are heavy or awkward. The packed box is very heavy. I cautiously followed the instructions and it went together fine. The grill performs well. Lighting the grill is easy as well. Heated to 400 in 6 minutes. Based on my experience with the various Weber kettle sizes and durability my expectations are that this grill perform well

The grill is very solid and well made. The assembly takes a while, but was not difficult. The parts fit well and were nicely packaged. The freight company (Seko) was amazing. The driver arrived literally to the minute of his estimate and made sure I was happy with where he placed it in my garage.

The brand new grill came with a "SCUFF" on face of grill near burner 2 knob. So dissatisfied.

Put in a claim for a new hood and was suppose to ship and never received it. Still today have a cracked hood.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
