Just assembled this worst grill in history. Completely overrated. The left sheer burner won't even start without a match. The ignition won't even start it. Returned this basic, overpriced bbq, like any smart person would.

Great grill. Even heat through all surface. You can feel the weight of the grates. Wheels are a little flimsy.

This is my first high end grill - and I am still bearing myself up for not buying something like this a long time ago. Its construction is solid, I have no doubts as to its potential for longevity. Pro 500 good grill but too much air loss in the hood design makes it impossible to control flare ups by cutting air supply.

Love the functional combination of a separate searing burner and the large cooking area. Very well constructed, was easy to assemble and loving it. I am confident the 304 SS construction will last as the warranty is confident.

Only grilling with it for about 3 weeks but so far very impressed. Solid construction, excellent features. I have only owned Weber Summit grills, 2 over 27 years but the current price tag for a Weber that isn't fully made in the USA was too much.

Assembly wasn't too bad, but I did have to call the manufacturer once because the instructions didn't seem to address one wire. The grill performs well but the thermometer gave out and registered 375 degrees and just stayed there - regardless whether it was on or off. For the amount of money, I'd expect it to be flawless.

This is my second Napoleon Grill. Over the past years I have grown to absolutely LOVE this thing! From using the rotisserie for everything from shrimp (in baskets) to chickens, to the searing burner for finishing steaks and charring peppers, to long slow cooks for ribs, this thing is a beast (said in the best possible way). Reliable, easy to clean and maintain and stylish, my Napoleon occupies a central spot of prominent honor on my back deck. Makes every other grill I have owned a "wanna be".

Only used twice so far. Purchased last month. The rotisserie worked great. Just use the burners and side burner, both worked well. Just have to get use to them. Only problem I had was the instructions to put the unit together. They really should be clearer

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
