When did the EX-335 come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills was released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EX-335 from natural gas to propane?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-335 for propane.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

This grill met (nearly) all of my criteria: lots of quality stainless steel, including the cooking grates; plenty of BTU's, with a fast warm-up; easy lighting via battery back; plenty of room for a medium size family (4-6 ppl), with room to spare; sturdy and spacious side shelves and heavy, soft-closing lid. The only thing I miss from my previous grill is the spring-loaded fuel indicator to clip the LP tank onto. Looking forward to many seasons of grilling to come.

Loving the new Genesis. Flare ups have been eliminated making results reliable and consistently good. Hooking up the natural gas to the house was super easy. Built a platform for the grill so I could easily level the grill on a very uneven surface.

We love our Weber grill! We purchased it from BBQ guys online. The directions for putting it together were easy to follow and the grill came out nice! The cooking surface is perfect size for my family of 8. The side burner works great! We love the little storage closet under the side burner! However it doesn't stay closed. It seems like it should have a magnet to keep it closed but it doesn't.

The grill itself works great. However, whoever thought it would be a good idea to have to plug it in to get the temperature is out of their mind. Having to have an extension cord run across the patio while cooking just so I can see the temperature is the dumbest design flaw I have ever seen.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
