WEBER CONNECT Smart Technology Puts You in Control
The only way to make new and improved Weber GENESIS grills better? Built-in WEBER CONNECT smart technology, which is exactly what you will find on the Weber GENESIS EX-335 natural gas grill. With integrated smart controls, you can grill anything to perfection with real-time temperature monitoring, flip and serve notifications, and ready-made recipes for all types of proteins. The convenience goes to another level when you sync the built-in WEBER CONNECT technology to your smartphone; you still receive all those valuable notifications while being freed up to entertain guests, tackle other cooking tasks, or simply enjoy your backyard. And through it all, you never have to struggle with steak doneness or overcooked chicken again!
A Side Burner & 3 High-Efficiency Main Burners
Smart technology goes a long way toward flawless grilling, but do not underestimate the power of a side burner. Not only will you be able to check off minor cooking tasks like sauteing or boiling without taking up precious real estate on the grill, but you can also complete entire meals outside, where the party is. As for the main burners, the Weber GENESIS EX-335 natural gas smart grill in black features a trio of ported burners with a proprietary design for high efficiency, precise heat, and dependable ignition. Below them rests the newly designed grease management system, whose drip pan is now attached to the grease tray for seamless operation with the included scraper.
More Usable Space Than Ever
Like the rest of the new GENESIS line, the Weber GENESIS EX-335 natural gas smart grill was designed to give you more room to do what you love. That starts with the extra-large sear zone, reconfigured to be bigger and hotter than ever so the whole party can enjoy those tasty grill marks at the same time. The nearby, right-hand side shelf has also been extended to function as an extra-large prep & serve table, with enough room to hold 2 cutting boards or serving trays at once. And just for good measure, Weber did away with warming racks and instead provided an expandable top cooking grate. This secondary grilling surface increases cooking area by roughly 50%, further enabling you to make an entire meal in one go.
Limitless Versatility with WEBER CRAFTED Grillware
The secret to unlocking the ultimate potential of your Weber GENESIS EX-335 natural gas smart grill lies with WEBER CRAFTED Outdoor Kitchen Collection grillware. This complete line of custom-fit cooking accessories allows you to make food never thought possible on a gas grill, from stir fry and steamed seafood to baked goods and more! All you need to do is remove the right-hand grate, insert any WEBER CRAFTED grillware, and start cooking. The Weber GENESIS EX-335 natural gas grill includes the built-in frame kit, along with a spacious storage locker for stowing select grillware; WEBER CRAFTED accessories themselves are sold separately. Whether you pick out your favorites or roll with the whole set, we encourage you to take advantage of this full backyard culinary experience!

Customer Reviews
We like the grill, but we don't like the grill. The open portion of the sides allow too much air in, keeping the temperature down, and allowing our dog access to the drip tray and start button wires. No good. Louvered sides would be better. A propane level indicator, like a hanger would be an improvement as well. I had to purchase a valve type indicator, just an added expense that Weber could and should have easily addressed. All of the stainless steel in the grill is very nice, and easy to clean. It is an attractive grill and it does cook well once you manage the temperature issues mentioned earlier in this review. Weber has done and can do better, for the money one spends one one of these grills.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing a Weber grill! We apologize for the inconvenience. Your grill should easily reach 500F, which is hot enough to cook and sear. If your grill is not getting to that temperature, there are a few things to check. Let's start with the easy stuff: 1.) Please make sure you consider "High" on your control knobs to be the first spot to your left (the 9:00 position). The further you go to the right the lower the temperature will be and all the way to the right is low. 2.) Please make sure you're always cooking with the lid down except when flipping the food halfway. The second you open the lid the heat escapes, and you'll need to close it to let the temperature recover. 3.) It sounds like your grill may be in a safety mode known as “bypass." What’s happening is that the regulator thinks there’s a gas leak, so it reduces the pressure. Perform a soapy water leak test to check for leaks. If there is no leak, follow these instructions to reset the bypass safety mode. This is not only the reset, but how you want to light your grill each and every time. Open the lid Make sure all knobs are in the off position Turn your LP tank on all the way Wait 60 seconds Turn the first burner to start/high Hit your igniter Turn on remaining burners one at a time and set each to high Close the lid Let your grill preheat to 500-550°F Our Specialist team is here to help. Please look for our email outreach soon. Thank you!
Money well spent this Grill is awesome so much better than the Kenmore that I had. Highly recommend
I have always purchased inexpensive grills. I thought to myself a grill is a grill how different can they be? I couldn't have been more wrong. This will be the best investment you will ever make if you enjoy bbqing. The weber cooking guide takes the guess work out of cooking process. The support from the company when i had a problem getting new cooking grates was top notch. The value is worth the price.
It's a nice looking and sturdy bbq. A bit overpriced for what you get but works very well..

Finally got a new Weber Grill. Minimal use so far but man does it do a great job. No issues putting it together. Perfectly packaged with outstanding instructions using the BILT app.

I liked my old Weber more. It was a lower grade Weber, but had a propane level indicator. The "stainless" steel on this new one is already showing surface issues.

Your feedback is very important to us. We are so sorry to hear you are having an issue with the surface showing signs of rust. Happy to help with that. If your grill is located in a humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts. Also, below are a couple helpful tips. At the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust we would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner (ex. Bar Keepers Friend). Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish (ex. Weber's brand) to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings. Once a week we would recommend wiping down the grill with a wet towel or rag and then drying completely. We would only recommend covering your grill if you know inclement weather is coming. The quicker you get at a stain the easier it will be to clean off. Our Care team will also be reaching out to follow up. Thank you!
We spent alot of money and were pretty excited to get this grill. did not realize until after purchase we needed to plug it in to see the temperature. I grill for about 3-5 nights a week, at least six months of the year. I use the temperature feature all the time. We don't have a plug convenient to where the grill is. Poor design thinking people would want to plug their grills in

Love our Weber, everything is always cooked perfectly!
I finally had to replace my Genesis 320 after 14 years of perfect service. It had been abused but was still grilling perfect. The casting (lid) had cracked and the wind blew it off the porch and broke the end cap. Anyway I thought I had the perfect grill until I got my new one. This grill is even better, which is understandable. The technology is awesome. I can watch the grill temperature and the probe temperature on my phone while sitting at the dining room table enjoying my salad. The temperature levels are more consistent and easy to control with a little practice. I followed the temperature settings in some of the recipes. They were dead on. Perfect results every time. I love this thing!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
