When did the EX-335 come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills was released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EX-335 from natural gas to propane?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-335 for propane.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

Very nice grill, beautiful grill. Large grilling area and cooks evenly. Ony time will tell if the cabinet holds up against rust which was an issue with my Weber Spirit grill. Fingers crossed.

This is my third Genesis. All lasted a long time and I gave my old obe to a friend. This new one lights easier and the tapered gas burners really work well. Many more improvements and refinements make this a cooking dream. I do a lot of baby back ribs from scratch and in two hours at 300 degrees they are perfect

Nice product. Easy to use and control the temp for slow cooking while having the high temps for grilling steaks. Can't wait to use the rotisserie for chicken and beef roasting. I like the size of the grill. It is good for a family.

Great grill and great customer service. After over ten years with mg last Weber, the weather and use was finally taking a toll, so I decided to get a new one. When I put it together, in the last step as I put the cover on I discovered there was a chip in the paint and the pieces under the handle were broken. I emailed customer service and sent photos and they took care of the issue- couldn't have been more helpful. Looking forward to many years with this grill.

This is my second Weber Genesis. First one I had for over 20 years , I probably could have held on to it a few more years. I was happy to get a brand new one with some new features like the searing zone, side burner and switched to natural gas.

Have put an order on Monday 7/15 for a grill then cancelled order next day 7/16. Have been told that I will receive refunds in the 3 business days (technically 7/19). Today, as of 7/29, still have not received the refunds and customer service keeps telling me they are working on it and there is nothing to do.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
