When did the EX-335 come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills was released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EX-335 from natural gas to propane?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-335 for propane.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

Assembling the grill was made easier by placing all the parts separately on the floor, you will need a LOT of space for this. It took about 2.5 hours with the help of my teenage child. The instructions cover multiple models, so there was some confusion when a particular step covered different instructions based on the model and/or upgrades your grill came with. That said, I've used it 2-3 times a week for about two months now. Outside of standard burgers and steaks, I made a pork roast using the Weber Connect temp probes and it came out perfect. Yesterday I made pizzas on a 16 x 16 steel that I already owned and again had great results. Haven't owned a grill in about 20 years and I'm still learning about the different ways to use this, but the continued, consistent results I am getting are making it easier and easier to find new ways to use it.

I bought my Weber grill because of the reputation for being a great grill that will last. While I was assembling it I found that it was missing one bag of parts which obviously slowed down the process. I contacted Weber and they promptly sent me the missing parts at no cost. This was huge because my family really needed the grill working since we were still without power from hurricane Helene. Excellent customer service and I am so thankful I bought Weber!!!!

Contacted Webber customer service about the inability to secure propane tank to the side of the grill according to the owner's manual .Owners manual shows connections to secure grill, but the assembly manual does not come with parts to do so. Bad design/flawed. Still waiting for customer service to resolve problem.

Heats up quickly. Make sure you follow the directions after you turn the gas on. I purchased the griddle and am excited to try out mashed burgers & baked potatoes on it!

Great grill overall but Weber cheaped out on some of the parts. 1) Most of the screws are cheap plastic instead of stainless steel. It's ok for now, but living in an area with seasons, the harsh winter cold and hot summers will make them brittle over time. 2) The knobs are also cheap plastic and should be metal instead. Yes, this may make the product slightly more expensive, but I'll pay for quality. 3) The metal sides are very thin and should be a bit thicker and sturdier. Aside from that, very happy with the purchase and would buy again!

The Genesis has worked great since we received it a month ago. The BBQ cooks evenly and the temperature is responsive and easy to control both up and down. The only issue is the silver side panels/counters are already beginning to show rust spots and after only 5 weeks; something that Weber needs to address. Otherwise a great BBQ.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
