When did the EX-335 come out?
The latest line of GENESIS grills was released early in 2022.
Can you convert the EX-335 from natural gas to propane?
No, but fortunately Weber offers a version of the EX-335 for propane.
Does the GENESIS line replace the old Genesis II grills?
It does! The Genesis II grills have all been discontinued, and have been replaced by the current line of GENESIS grills.

It's a very good grill overall. Easy to use and has everything I need in a BBQ. The only thing I don't like is the side panels don't go all the way up so you can see wires etc inside the BBQ, which I think is a negative. This didn't show up in the photos online. I don't understand why this was done. Makes it look cheap. It's purely cosmetic but the overall look of the BBQ is important.

We wanted a nice grill that would last and look good for years. However, after only a couple months, we started getting pitting and rust on the stainless steel. We thoroughly clean it before and after, and it is kept covered. When you pay over $1000 for a grill, i would expect better quality, or we would have bought a cheap one. After calling Weber, they would not do anything about it, as it doesn't affect how it operates. If you want something that stays looking nice, i would get a cheaper one. At least then you can get a new one every few years if you have to. I have an old charlbroil that is over 20 years old, sitting outside and not covered that has very little rust on the stainless steel. So something that is more expensive doesn't mean better quality. Very disappointed.

I love this grill. I use it 3-4 times a week in the summer and anytime the weather permits the rest of the year. This is a quality grill. Over the years I've had many grills. I keep them covered and clean, yet other brands have never lasted more than a few years before requiring all the internal parts to be replaced. High humidity in my area. This grill has held up better and when the upper grill began to rust after 3 years, Weber replaced it for free. The warranty is amazing. The company stands behind their products. I will never buy another brand of grill. I highly recommend the Genesis 325 to anyone shipping for a grill.

I loved Weber for its history and quality. I got my grill home and it is not working correctly. I want to contact the store and get it corrected. Just took a new job. No time to spare. What should I do? I'm writing a review for the product now. Hoping someone will intervene.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
